Nice place n the very walkable side of town. Helpful staff of whom Maria has been with the hotel Antigua complex and here for around 40 years! You can enjoy the great sun terrace here and have breakfast or go to the Porta Antigua if you with for the buffett. Try both and see what you like better. .You also...

Lovely place to end my visit to Guatemala. Located in a quieter part of Antigua with a really comfortable bed and a rooftop patio. Breakfast on the rooftop in included in the rate. Expensive for Guatemala but worth the splurge.

Cute, quiet personal hotel with courteous and polite staff. Our room was across from a fountain that has walking stones to the front door... very unique! It was located 4-5 blocks from the main attractions.

We have stayed at Casa Encantada multiple times and it is always a wonderful experience. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central so most attractions and restaurants in Antigua are only a short walk away. We also appreciate having access to the facilities at Porta hotel...

Casa Encantada is a charming boutique type hotel. The hotel has 10 rooms but you can use the facilities (restaurants, bar and pool) of the nearby Porta Hotel, just across the street, so you have the best of both styles. The room was a bit small but spotlessly clean, the bath has all the usual amenities, and the beds are...

We traveled through Central America and broke up our journey here for couple of nights. This was absolute heaven! Room with TV, massive comfortable bed, good shower and fan- no aircon, but it was enough as you can get plenty of fresh air just by opening a window! The laundry service was excellent price, reception staff are very organised and...

Best place to stay in Antigua! You get the best of everything...It's a small boutique style inn but you can use the sister property around the block at the Porta hotel for its pool restaurants and amenities. Just 5 minutes walk. Genesis at the concierge there is amazing! An incredibly nice person And will set you up with any tours,...

My girlfriend and I stayed in Room #1 for 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and bilingual. The free breakfast is also pretty good. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. We were woken up each of the 3 mornings between 6:30-7:30am to extremely loud sounds coming from the second floor. Above our room is the...
