We stayed in this delightful, full of character, small 'hotel' for 3 nights. The large, beautifully furnished rooms and gardens are a delight. It is also in a very good location, and near some very goodbye restaurants. Don't miss this.

I stay a few times a year in Antigua and over the years have checked out many of the hotel options close to the park, and I always come back to this one. Negatives: the disco next door can be quite loud at night, especially from certain rooms (beware #10--great balcony overlooking the street, but at night you can hear...

This hotel used to be our home. There were three homes altogether and two of them were turned into a hotel. My X turned it into a place for tourists to enjoy, it was part of the family estate, in Antigua. It is right off the main plaza, near the market and everything including restaurants, are close by. This is...

The rude manager of this hotel should be fired; at one point, she screamed at me that "All Americans are millionaires, and I should not complain." I had stayed in this hotel in 1999 and loved it so much that I returned 10 years later. Things have changed. There is now a crazy amount of noise coming from the bar/disco...

We stayed two nights at Casa Azul after spending two nights at the beginning of our vacation at a different hotel . The main reason we chose Casa Azul was because they had a pool and also a hot tub. We were hoping to enjoy both but Antigua had a cold period while we were there so the pool was...

ok, this review is going to be different from most of my other reviews....this place is not what it seems at all. Usually, I write many positive things, but this place.........lacks a lot. I admit that I used Elizabeth Bell's Travel Agency to book this hotel, so I was taking a chance without doing additional research of my own, but.....there...

We stayed at this hotel in February, 2008 for 3 nights. I had stayed here before back in 1999, also. The location is great, just a block off the main park. There is also a very nice pool area and a lovely breakfast served in the courtyard. The first night, we were in a first-floor room, just behind the check-in...

I have read some mixed reviews about this hotel and after just staying here I think your experience will vary depending on the room that you get. This place has 14 rooms, and they all are very unique. When we made our reservation, we wanted to be on the 2nd floor with the volcanoe views which we had read so...

We stayed at the Casa Azul in Antigua from March 6-11. We were visiting our daughter who was staying in nearby Jocotenango to study Spanish and participate in some service projects. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We stayed in a lower room because an upper room was not available. Our room was very nice with large hot shower, nice...
