Was not sure what to expect at Casa Capuchina's since our original reservation was with Casa Naranjo, but it was double booked. So, they put us up in this hotel. We actually were very pleased with the bed and breakfast. We were in room 5 which was located on the other side of the kitchen. The room was clean and...

Over all it is a nice hotel and truly centric and has really comfy beds, rooms are well ventilated, and the place is beautiful but there are some pointers to keep in mind before booking: *Stay away from de room with the balcony, the street is very loud, (even on a week night), so we switched to room 7 *General...

Spent a night in Casa Capuchinas and was sorry I had to leave. The room was beautiful. Well kept, but old (like everything in Antigua... hence the name) and true to the local culture and beauty. The price was extremely reasonable. Staff was very kind. Our room was huge. It was room #8. Had a beautiful view of the gardens,...

Nice place. Well located close enough to the center yet far enough for some quiet. Clean. Private. Nice little balcony. Pretty convent next door and a church. Would stay again. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

I spent two weeks in Casa Capuchinas with about ten friends. The service and the contact to the persons is excellent. They were present for all our requests and questions, and helped us to organise our activities. All time in friendly manner, The rooms and facilities were all time clean. I can only recommend Casa Capuchinas.

Very quiet and lovely location in a nice part of time, and I could see how it could be a very nice experience. Unfortunately, not very customer service oriented. We stayed for a friend's wedding in April. We booked for 4 nights, and on arrival asked them if a 5th was available but that we might also travel somewhere else...

We stayed at Casa Capuchinas while in Antigua for a friend's wedding, and we were so happy we booked with them. Upon arrival we noticed the staff was very friendly (although they didn't speak much english, we were able to communicate through a broken hybrid of spa-nglish). The room we booked (No 8) was awesome; it was spacious and gorgeous....

I arrived and the hotel looked nice peaceful and quiet. I noticed most of the other rooms were open. Late at night when I was ready to go to sleep I lift the sheets and to my big surprise, there was a big spider in the bed! I rushed out of the room to the lobby and there was no...
