Nice place to stay. Close to park and restaurants. Rooms were clean, charming decor. We were on an upper floor and we were up with the sun. Could have use a little bit more black out curtains. Music from bar next door could be loud at times but did not bother us. Pool was nice and view of volcano was...

I was at that hotel several times throughout 2004 - 2010,while volunteering with a medial missions group. This is an excellent hotel, with very helpful staff. In the late afternoon, as we walked through Antigua, there was marimba music in the center's square. If you happen to be in this area of the country during the week before Easter (Semana...

This hotel was part of our walking tour of Antigua. The beautiful gardens were well maintained and luscious. Local artists were at work surrounding the patio. There is a lot of history in this building; three gardens-one for the horses, one of the guests, and one for the "inner" original homeowners.

We stayed here in May with a group of friends and family. The hotel was clean, and well presented, staff were happy to assist with our needs, and we felt safe walking around the local area. The gardens are beautiful and offer a quiet place to read or to use the Internet to connect with others. The hotel is in...

Staff was very friendly and helped with whatever we needed. Hotel was quaint, clean and neat. Beds were OK, but I was really tired. I would stay there again. Centrally located and close to restaurants. Our group walked around and we felt safe in the day and evening.

During my visit to Antigua I stayed at two hotels on opposite sides of the spectrum. Hotel Casa Antigua and Casa Santo Domingo. Having experienced both, Hotel Casa Antigua is a great option for the price. The hotel is located a couple of blocks away from the Central Park, and it is walking distance to many of the attractions and...

We spent one night at this hotel and were very pleased with our visit. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great! It is not a 5 star boutique hotel but it's also a 400 year old building. Yes, there are chipped floor tiles and cracks in the concrete walls but it was clean!...

Overall Great hotel, Friendly staff with nice rooms. Breakfast is ok... no tortillas??... being my first morning I was really excited to eat some tortillas with my breakfast, other than that good food. Beautiful hanging flowers and nice terrace with view of Antigua rooftops. Staff was very accommodating and helped us transport some luggage to another hotel while we were...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Hotel! It was kept immaculately clean, and absolutely beautiful. The flowers are everywhere, even hanging through the ceilings. Definitely a peaceful and quiet place. I can't wait to go back!

I stayed here for two nights with a friend. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and potable water was on hand for free; a very nice feature. The front desk staff was helpful and the hotel is an old Spanish colonial style mansion with a terrace. A pool and sauna are available at a neighboring hotel for $5 per person,...
