We have been visiting Nantucket for a few decades now and have rented houses, stayed at Inns, White Elephant, Woof Cottages, Regatta Inn and others, but this Hotel was by far our favorite. The location is PERFECT! The staff is INCREDIBLE! A special thank you to LeighAnne! The rooms are just what you want for a true Nantucket feel and beautifully designer decorated. We went during offseason and of course during uncertain times due to the pandemic so the resort wasn't very full and they offered us an upgrade to one of the cottages which was a treat beyond expectations. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in every way. The restaurant was wonderful and they were very gracious about preparing us vegan options. We did a YouTube review with video of the room which was so perfectly and Nantucket crisp--and the bed was like a cloud, loved it!! The room was immaculate upon check in and in addition, the room was equipped with special sanitizing cleaner spray and paper towel for our use throughout our stay as the cottage we were upgraded to had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a dining table as well as gorgeous decorator designed sitting room.…

We visited the Nantucket hotel and resort on 77 Easton St. It was a family visit with 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 5). The visit was last minute and not planned in advance. From start to finish the experience with the hotel was world class. Booking with front desk was very flexible helping us get the perfect room and highly accommodative. They even upgraded our room on arrival once the availability opened up - it made the start of the stay perfect. The pick up at the ferry port was seamless and was very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and in very newly painted and furnished with care and attention. We had everything we needed in the room. Kids loved the rooms and playing around. The staff at front desk all through our stay was warm and very supportive of our constant needs. The kids club on Saturday and Sunday was amazing, kids loved the time they spent. The hotel manager Jamie welcomed us on arrival and was always around to go above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. We took the historic tour with Hugh and was absolutely worth the time. He was well informed and took time to take us through the town. We were well supported with restaurants to eat in the hotel or outside and their recommendations were spot on. Really thankful to Jamie and his entire staff for making our stay so wonderful, #41 is a great room to stay. This is a highly recommended hotel where you have the comfort of the home yet enjoy the best of a luxury hotel. I’ve had the opportunity to stay in the most luxurious hotels across the world and the most memorable ones have been the ones with the best customer service. The Nantucket Inn ranks the highest in customer service from all of these hotels. Leigh Anne at the front desk is incredibly hospitable, welcoming, professional and attentive to your needs. Ismael and his colleague, Wayne, at the restaurant, give the best service and make you feel at home. The general manager, Jamie Holmes, is an amazing man. He listens to your needs, offers solutions and follows through to make sure your needs are taken care of. The genuine care that he has for the guests and for the hotel goes above and beyond the standard hospitality. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to stay at the Nantucket Inn. I'm very sorry, but we do not allow pets of any kind at The Nantucket Hotel. If bringing your pet on vacation is important to you, we have some rental homes available at our sister property, Winnetu Oceanside Resort at South Beach, Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard that are pet friendly. Thank you for your interest in our property.

We are delighted that you have chosen us for your silver wedding anniversary! All three restaurants are excellent choices and two of them are within easy walking distance, The White Elephant and Dune. The ship's Inn is a on the other side of town and you would probably be best served to either allow our drivers to take you or if you prefer, there are taxi's and Uber drivers readily available. We do offer courtesy rides to the downtown restaurants and we would be delighted to assist in all three transfers.
