Recently stared in the Manor House section of The Roberts Collection and I have to say both my wife and I really enjoyed it. The room was large, bright and airy overlooking a tree lined street. For me the best point was it's location - it's just off Main Street and is really centrally located, (this can lead to street... More

We recently visited Nantucket for the weekend for a wedding. I realize Nantucket is more expensive, and I realize it was high season for weddings, so the price of our room although still shocking was not completely unexpected, however for the amount of money we spent we should be able to check into our room on time. We arrived at... More

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review of your experience at the hotel. I again apologize for our tardiness in getting your room prepared by 3pm, we make every effort to have rooms ready by that time, but as in your case we missed the mark by a couple of minutes. As we discussed while you... More

When I first got to the The Roberts Collection, I must say I was a bit disappointed. I felt that the pictures on the website made it look better than it actually was. The room was very small, with sloping floors, and the bathroom impractical. There was no place to lay your toiletries or makeup on the very small sink.... More

We stayed at the Roberts Manor on recommendation of a local Nantucketer friend. We were in Room #1 on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. If I had it to do over again, I would not stay in this building, but would choose the Gate House. First the pluses -- in the center of town and proximate to great restaurants/shops/etc.;... More

We recently stayed two nights in the Gate house in a petite king room. This was our first time in Nantucket and the location of this Inn is perfect. It is close to everything, you can walk everywhere. The room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was your basic bagels, cold cereal etc. but, perfect... More

First time ever in Nantucket and based on reviews and availability we booked this hotel. I wanted to treat myself and my girlfriend to a nice weekend. When you are paying in the 500+ usd a night range, you expect certain things. We got none of those. Yes it's a nice place, but I expected more from them. We did... More

The manor house is part of a small collection of hotels within a courtyard. Really peaceful and tranquil. Room was huge with separate dressing area and wonderful bathroom. Courtyard and porch brilliant area for relaxing with iced water on tap. Would definatly stay again

Love this Inn. This is our 3rd time staying here. Last year we had to cut our visit short due to illness. This year we got to stay 4 nights. Its definitely not inexpensive, but thats just nantucket. We had a king corner room in Manor house on the 2nd floor. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure your... More

This was our third trip to Nantucket and our third stay at The Manor House. The Manor House is part of The Roberts Collection, a group of small, cozy inns located right on the heart of town. The 3 inns are arranged around a private, beautiful, brick courtyard with many chairs, couches, tables, and umbrellas. They always have cold, fruited... More

4 of us just went to Nantucket for 3 days and I could have stayed all summer. The Roberts Collection was nice enough and very fresh but they were lacking a few things that we find important...the bathroom was inadequate to put anything down. Don't they know that people have sundries? And no place to put down a towel...the sink... More
