We recently stayed at the Cliff Lodge in February and loved every minute of it. The rooms are charming, cozy, and romantic. Melissa and Bob, are amazing and come and join you for breakfast, answering any questions you might have about what to do and where to go for dinner...as well as just sharing stories of the island. They are...

The breakfast was great, the staff was wonderful. Two days before the trip we got a call from the staff to make sure everything is set the way we would like it and to answer any questions. Our room had a view to the ocean, and we were right under the amazing lookout platform on top. The view from there...

Spent a couple of nights with a friend celebrating her 50th birthday at the Daffodil Festival. Bob and Melissa were so gracious and warm. Pleasure to stay in this gorgeous, historic place. Even went up to the widow's walk and got some great pictures of the port. And the food.....homemade scones to die for....and homemade yogurt. Delicious. Also great conversations...

We disembarked from a cruise in Boston and wanted to spend a little time on Nantucket. We enjoyed our visit with Melissa Leonard. She made us feel like family rather than a guest. She suggested several restaurants and the one that we tried was spot on. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The inn was so quite, both my husband...

For an Innn as historic and old as the Cliff Lodge, the cleanliness and accommodations were great. The innkeepers and staff could not have been more accommodating. The breakfast and Friday night wine and cheese were superb. Bob & Melissa had a great way to introduce guests. Unique questions at the community table made everyone think, laugh and want to...

What people say -- good location, good value, good breakfast, great staff -- are all true. Some rooms are smaller and have odd angles, but this is indeed an old house. Lots of good sitting areas inside and (especially) outside as well. Cindy offers excellent and consistent service.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Cliff Lodge. We stayed for a few nights and when we got stuck due to a tropical storm, they were extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful and charming. Breakfast was good every day. It's a short walk from town. And the view from the rooftop lookout is great!

My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at The Cliff Lodge, circa 1771. This charming, historic inn is the perfect location on a peaceful street, and a pleasant 10-minute stroll to the main hub of town. Also close to Brandt Point lighthouse beach and two other beaches. Given the fact that Nantucket lost many original buildings...

I can not express my gratitude for your kind words and sentiment and if I had to write a paragraph describing our Cliff Lodge, I couldn't have done it better. Since we were touring the island by bike, rather than by car, we wanted to stay in a place that was near, but not in, the downtown area. Cliff Lodge has a perfect location for that. We actually stayed in 2 rooms while there: room 11 on the third floor, which we found a bit cramped, and room 2 on...
