The Seven Sea Steeet Inn is a true Pearl, a unique Boutique Inn. Superb Location, individual Rooms, first class service, clean and quite with a awesone roof terrace. Matt Parker has crated an Oasias in the Heart of Nantucket. Highly recommended!

The inn, the room and the host's were all wonderful. Very close to ferries, easy walk with luggage, check-in, check-out and everything in-between was great. Room was also very nice, plenty of room, nicely furnished. Definitely will return on our next visit to the island.

Fantastic room, great breakfast, wonderful host. The room was clean and very comfortable. We shared a kitchenette with another room that had a fridge and coffee maker. Very close to downtown area and many restaurants.

My husband and I spent three days / two nights of true perfection at the Seven Sea Street Inn! The hospitality that we received from our Innkeeper, Matt, and his Assistant Innkeeper, Claudia, was truly wonderful! Our room (#3 on the first floor of the main house) was spotless and charming and we enjoyed every moment at the Inn. The...

Had a fantastic visit to Seven Sea Street Inn. Terrific location (can walk or bike to beach or rent a scooter to see the whole island) for sightseeing - not to mention great restaurants and shopping. Matt, the innkeeper, was excellent and helped us with everything from restaurant reservations, to beach recommendations and taxis. And the breakfast and room were...

We really enjoyed our time on Nantucket, with Seven Sea Street as a key part. It's in a really convenient location in town, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the ferries. Matt runs everything first class and he and Claudia are fun to chat with. We were on the second floor of the main house. The inn is in...

Quiet in town location just off the bustling main street area. Stayed in main house, room 8 on second floor for $299 a night. Homey feel, smallish room but very clean with nice bedding and bathroom, ample closet and drawer space. Two windows to catch the cross breeze at night. Great view from the rooftop widow's walk if you're willing...

Thank you for the wonderful review and appreciate your highlighting the value we try to deliver to our guests. Yes, Nantucket is a very expensive place to visit and we are mindful of this and try to offer our guests something extra. This would include the discounted fast ferry discounts we advertise through Trip Advisor and on our website. We...

Last year I stayed in the guest house adjacent to the inn and this year I stayed in a ground floor room in the inn. Both had comfortable accommodations with a nice shower and desk, etc. I enjoyed the breakfasts with fresh pastries and fruit and getting to know the other guests around the table in the mornings. Matt Parker,...

We stayed in the Guest house, a few steps from the main house. The room was small, but neat and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The owner, Matt, and the other person that works there, Claudia, were both exceptionally helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants, sights, tours, etc. The B&B is very well located, close to the ferry...

My wife and I visited the inn from 6/13-6/16. What a pleasurable visit. We stayed in unit 4 on the first floor. The room was quite and very comfortable with a nice cross breeze between the screened windows. Air conditioning is provided but was never needed. The bathroom was extremely clean with a nice high-pressure shower. Breakfast each morning was...
