The Hibiscus Regal exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. well equipped kitchen if you wanted to self cater. Kay and Ross were fantastic hosts. Going the extra mile. Beautiful relaxing surroundings, Kay's green fingers keep the garden looking lush. Close to the Burnt Pine area that has many eating places, and not far away from anything you wanted to do.

One of the best holiday's I have been on. Hibiscus Regal is super clean, has everything that you need for a holiday, beds are comfortable, and Ross and Kay were the most amazing hosts. Nothing was too much, they are super helpful and friendly. I cannot rate it enough, and will be going back there again.

For Norfolk Island holiday accommodation whereby you can relax in clean comfort and cook and look after yourself without being burdened by a hefty price tag you can't go past Hibiscus Regal. Kay and Ross the owners are superb hosts and go out of their way to help you out and make your stay a wonderful experience. If you want 5 star this is not for you. But if you want clean practical and comfortable accommodation with lots of nice little thoughtful touches all in a lovely sub tropical garden setting then contact Ross and Kay. Oh and by the way....Norfolk Island itself is a gem....such a fascinating mix of history culture natural beauty and ecology!

Ross and Kay would have to be the most friendly, welcoming, helpful hosts I've come across in all of my travels. My partner and I use to be based in Bali and would both travel internationally extensively and I've stayed in many high end, 5 star resorts across the globe however, their hospitality far out weighed any high end hotel / resort. The apartments are fitted with everything you need while on holiday, actually to live there! We enjoy home cooked meals and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner each day in our apartment. Kay was so lovely to lend us her Air Fryer for the trip and now we're converted, we need to buy one ASAP! They also gave us our very own BBQ to use on the balcony and oven dishes, foil, cleaning utensils, everything! They also have a vegetable and herb garden which we allowed to take as we please. They're very generous and will accommodate any need you may have. The bedding is lovely; high quality sheets, doona, mattress, I LOVE an all white, soft, comfy bed and we always had the most dreamy nights rest. The shower had great pressure also, I miss it now I'm home back to reality :) Cris and I loved the island so much, we're contemplating moving there for a short time! Kay loved this idea, we chatted about the friendly locals, all the positives of the simple life of Norfolk Island. I highly recommend to stay with Ross and Kay, we'll easily tell friends and family to look no further. We look forward to retuning, thank you again for the best hospitality service Ross and Kay, see you soon! Fiona and Cris

This accommodation was absolutely the best ever. The owners Kay & Ross went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook if we wanted. An ideal spot just down the road from the main shopping area. I would recommend this little gem to everyone. Thanks a lot Kay & Ross.
