Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved the cottage and it was beautiful and CLEAN. The views around us were magical. Loved the rooster waking us up of a morning, the chooks and the lovely birds flying around loved it all. Also thought the recycling was great and all our surrounds were well maintained inside and outside

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin which had absolutely everything you could need for the week, including beach towels and a picnic basket. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is great, quiet and peaceful and a couple of minutes to town. Everything was very well organised from the meeting at the airport to the hire car waiting for us at the accommodation. Our hosts were lovely and helpful when a tour on the last day made it difficult to get the car back on time. We loved relaxing on the patio at the end of a long day being tourists, enjoying the view over the forest and watching the birds. We highly recommend it to everyone.

The Whispering Pines setting is breath taking, nestled in the breast of a magnificant Norfolk pine forest. The air was pristine and the views were beautiful. Every morning as we had breakfast outside, the surrounds became part of our daily routine, hugging us before we embarked on our daily adventures. The two bedroom, two vanities accommodation was perfect for our needs as we treated my mum for her 80th birthday. The rooms were clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. The experience was memorable.

The minute we saw our cabin and the view we were so happy we had chosen Whispering pines. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. The view was amazing. The gardens and lawns were well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend this establishment.

Accommodation is good but just hope nothing happens that requires the owners help. Our flights were delayed due to a cyclone approaching and we needed an extra nights accommodation, but were told no. He needed to clean the apartments for the next visitors. What visitors? there were no flights coming in or out of Norfolk We left and got better accommodation in a motel call seaview where the people were extremely nice and v helpful.
