good location, poor room, dirty bathroom, bad smelling towels. The breakfast so and so. All were better if the bathrooms was cleaned. We arrived late in the evening and didin't observe in time the cleanliness of toilets, it was our mistake maybe!. Our advice is to controll the room before walking to the city...

We took a chance but they had no room suitable for 2 adult women traveling together, but the owner/manager called ahead and get us a room next door.... and told us a great place, Ferno, a short walk away for dinner. So, I cannot say how this hotel was to stay overnight, but the lobby, neighborhood and hospitality was lovely....

Kapistec hotel is a little gem in the heart of Skopje. I was very surprised by the service. The moment I walked in the owner himself offered me a cup of coffee and I was also able to exchange some currency. The rooms are cozy but very clean. It's located just across the street from the Austrian embassy. Very close...

What a delight to have stayed at Hotel Kapistec. The hotel is quaint, homey, clean and quiet. It is situated below Mt. Vodno, but close enough to the city center. What a joy to hear the birds' melodious chirping early in the morning as I got ready to have breakfast in the cozy yet elegant breakfast room; a covered deck...

We stayed at Kapistec hotel for one night, based on high ratings from other site. We were traveling with an 8-month old baby, so it was important to us that the place was clean and quiet. The hotel was a big disappointment. First upon arrival the clerk at the reception was so slow, he wanted to talk and talk and...

A representative of the hotel welcomed me at the airport, on time ready to take me back. The car journey was pleasant, the staff member welcoming and talkative. The car itself also modern and pleasant. Considering the lateness of my arrival I was given my keys and shown to my room immediately, the room was immaculate and they had clearly...

We enjoyed the hospitality of the owner. Hotel Kapistec is central located (many restaurants nearby) in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from major sights. Free Wi-Fi and parking was available on site. Tasty breakfast. Confortable beds. Overall, I recommend this hotel both for transit or leisure time in Skopje.
