We enjoyed an overnight stay. The home has been beautifully restored. We met the owner upon check in and he gave us a quick tour. Miguel, who serves breakfast in the morning, was very friendly and personable. This is a B&B although there are a few things that make it feel a bit more like a boutique hotel, such as...

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We definitely have tried to preserve the historic aspects of the bed and breakfast, which does include the original windows. We really appreciate the tip regarding the muffins and cookies, and will try to offer something like that. Great idea and recommendation! We hope to welcome you back soon and...

Perfect little place conviently located to the Naval Academy. Miguel was so kind and accomodating. I brought our small dog to stay with us. I will stay here again during my daughters four years at the Academy.

Annapolis is such a cool town filled with old-America charm, the prestigious Naval Academy and a host of inns and restaurants. Academy B&B bears true to its name – the inn is just two short blocks from the US Naval Academy and right in the middle of the Annapolis harbor area, giving it a great location. John (the owner) is...

Charming B&B with modern spa baths and perfectly located in the heart of Annapolis. Everything is walking distance. Our room boasted a comfortable King size bed with plush bedding. Private bath has jacuzzi tub & shower has rain shower head with side sprays & sauna. Miguel, our personal chef was eager to please and is a delicious chef. Only drawback...

this clean B&B is wonderfully situated near the Naval Academy and the tourist attractions in Annapolis. We parked our car and walked miles and miles up and now Main Street, to the dock, and up near the State House. One should also walk down West Street as well. The breakfast was delicious, though I must provide a warning. We had...

The Academy Bed and Breakfast is in the perfect location. You are only steps to the Naval Academy, shopping and restaurants. This is good because once you park your car in their extremely small parking area you car isn't going anywhere. Hospitality is wonderful. The downside of staying in a B&B is that there is no one around later in...

“We stayed in the Academy Room on the 2nd floor, which is in the front of the house facing the street. On Fri/Sat nights, there's alot of street noise from passing cars & people walking to & from downtown. If you're noise or light sensitive, think about the Garden Room at the back of the house.”
