My wife and I stayed at Two-O-One Bed & Breakfast for our wedding anniversary in October, and loved our stay. The home is beautiful throughout, the backyard garden is incredible, and hosts Graham and Bob are very friendly and wonderful. The private, gated parking area on the property made us feel like VIPs, given that most all homes in the...

Went for a get away weekend and couldn't have been happier with our stay at two-0-one. Beautiful rooms, great breakfasts. Bob and graham were both a pleasure to talk to and very helpful finding places to visit and where to eat.

We could not have had a nicer experience at 201. The house was beautiful, the rooms were well-decorated and cozy (but surprisingly spacious!), and the hosts were so accommodating. On top of everything else, the breakfasts were delicious and you could not ask for a better location! Everything in Annapolis is a short walk from 201 and to have parking...

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This BnB was an excellent choice. There is gated parking on-site where you walk through a lovely landscaped property to the back entrance. Tables and benches are set outside and my husband enjoyed a cigar outside. We stayed in the Crows Nest Suite and it was lovely. My husband loved chatting with one of...

Our first trip to the area and only my second trip to the USA. I did not know what to expect but the B and B and the hospitality of the hosts made it special. This is a lovely old building and Bob and Graham have lovingly invested in the upkeep and improvements . It is well and tastefully finished...

We love going to Annapolis and our favorite place to stay is the 201 Bed & Breakfast. This was our second visit (April 2016) and we stayed at the top of the in on the 3rd floor. We loved our room – The Crow’s Nest. Our hosts, Graham and Bob are wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast conversations with them and...

After a long flight and then long drive from Washington Dulles airport it was great to arrive in such an oasis of calm. Graham's directions to the B&B were spot on and very easy to follow. We had booked 4 nights in the Admiral's room, at the front of the house but still very quiet, which is a fair size...

We just stayed at this great B&B last night and it is in an absolutely fabulous location, close to everything! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the historical Maryland State House and even the United States Naval Academy. Our hosts, Bob and Graham, have a beautiful home filled with antiques. Our room was very comfy and the breakfast serviced was wonderful!...

I have stayed here 4 times in the past year and am never disappointed. Bob and Graham are great hosts and the rooms are comfortable elegant and filled with antiques. Always had a fantastic breakfast and it was offered to be served early due to our travel requirements. The garden is full of birds in the summer and spring. I...
