The rooms are very basic. The hotel serves breakfast in the morning and it is all updated but nothing special. It was for a one night stay during a business trip. What I did like was the fact that the rooms and bathroom were clean and overall the hotel was quiet. Free parking and fee WIFI

We were treated to a suite with a bed and sitting area. There is a nice breakfast available in the morning after a peaceful nights sleep. A clean comfortable place to stay with a mall nearby. Because I am a Marriott frequent traveler I was able to check in early and was greeted warmly by the clerk. The woman at...

We tend to stay at Fairfield's or Hampton Inn's. This is a nice new one just off the exit in Augusta. Lobby is attractive with new furniture. Room was clean and comfortable with good sized bathroom, sink and full tub. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Would stay here again when in the are.

This is a fantastic property. Front desk service during my stay was exceptional. I had requested a late checkout, as I was in town running a half marathon in Jefferson. Front desk staff were both accommodating and friendly. This was a generous accommodation that they seemed pleased to do...an unusual gesture by hotel properties, and one very much appreciated. This...

Thank you all for a most relaxing night. We did not want to do our trip to Bangor all in one day and chose to break the journey in Augusta on our way home. It was a good choice. Our room was clean (obviously recently redecorated), breakfast was good, internet was accessible (and included in the room rate unlike the...

This hotel is fine, but could be much better with a little more management effort. The room facilities are in need of updating in certain areas. For example, all hotel baths/showers should have a safety bar (mandatory in new hotels?) - this one did not - compounded by a slippery bath/shower floor. Next, the bath counter mirror was falling out...

Thank you for reviewing us on TripAdvisor. It is true we are currently awaiting the rest of our mirrors and frames from our renovation. I apologize that the room you had still had the old mirror and frame. We appreciate your suggestions with the safety bars. I do apologize that the sheet was placed on the bed incorrectly and you...

Been on vacation for 12 days staying at different motels each night. This motel is nicely decorated, current and modern very clean, and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was better than any previous that we have encountered. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The motel is sitting far enough off the road that traffic noise is not an...

We appreciated the upgrade to a small suite (Marriott Gold) which allowed us to spread out a bit. The room was clean, spacious, and up to date. The front desk was very helpful and provided dinner options and directions to a restaurant not on their suggested list. While the breakfast staff was pleasant, there were not many gluten free/low carbohydrate...
