Although this hotel isn't of the first quality, it certainly was suitable for our late night arrival and early departure from the local airport. The rooms were adequate, clean, and safe and the staff were wonderful. We were able to take a walk around the residential area and found it charming. The 3 story tall U.S. Muffler Man was fun...

Well, this place is a little cheaper than some and a heck of a lot harder to locate. But, when you get here you will be able to step back into the 1960s. The joint is definitely WAY old and has had no upgrades. Of course the swimming pool is not heated, but that is SOP for Panama. It is...

Albrook Inn is a converted former US military barracks and some of the rooms almost have that 'detention block' feel to them (ours opened onto the ice machine, washing machines and water boilers....which maybe OK got GI's but not for tourists). There is no laundry service - the machines we saw were DIY and seemed to take ages so we...

Second time I have stayed here. Not sure why all the negative reviews, one of the best rooms you can get anywhere on earth for $50 a night! Walking distance to the airport, and the Rey store, it sits in the quiet Albrook neighborhood. We were in the new building this time, and the room had a nice "wow" factor....

The Albrook Inn is rather basic, comparable to budget motels in the US. One could find better accommodations in the city within the same price range. Clean rooms and in a very quiet neighborhood though. Close to the domestic airport but very far from downtown or any of the tourist spots. The restaurant on site is simply bad and quite...

We staid here for 2 nights. Although the rooms are perfectly acceptable the breakfast was lousy! The eggs were finished. We got 2 pieces of toast and a sliver of fruit. Other guests who arrived after us were given eggs. As I complained at the receltion I was told that the breakfast was complementary! So much for booking through booking.com....

We booked a small room at $60 a night. We had been staying over in Colon so drove in, arriving just after a rain storm. Having stayed decades before, when it was a USAF VOQ, we knew where it was, but the route up was marked with simple signs that said "Hotel". The room was small, but clean, and the...

this hotel is in the area of a former US base, so has lovely homes and leafy streets. it's away from the city noise. basic clean rooms. decent restaurant that looks onto forest. small pool. staff were very nice but didn't speak much english, or seem to know about tours or attractions, which made the start of our trip more...

We arrived into Panama on a late flight and had an early departure from Albrook Airport the following morning. Albrook Inn simply ticked all the convenient boxes for us, particularly after flying/being on the go for 26 hours. The Inn was a fair drive from the International airport (Toucaman) and we had no troubles organising a taxi at the airport....

Our room was clean and comfortable and had been refurbished but we were otherwise pretty unimpressed. The included breakfast was quite poor in quality, the outdoor areas were tired and it was much more out of the way than expected. We wouldn't stay here again
