we stayed for one night as a stop over headed to Bocas. Arrived in the evening for just the overnight. The room was uncomfortable. Too much street noise, crummy AC, sparse accommodations. Glad it was only one night. Headed out now.

We spend 4 nights at the Hotel Roma, location was ok, near to the fishmarket and a beautiful beachboulevard area. Roma hotel has also very friendly staff (we got service in english) and breakfast was good. Rooftoppool was ok too, it was open 24/7, (and we were only ones there at the time) so it was nice to swim there!

Hotel Roma was recommended to me by colleagues who have stayed there previously several times. Considering the timing of my travel with the Carnaval, accommodations were difficult to find, and prices quite steep because of demand, but Hotel Roma still had rooms at decent prices. Definitely good value in Panama City. I stayed in various rooms, so definitely request one...

The hotel is ok, but I would not recommend to eat there. The customer service in the restaurant - do not exist. After waiting for so long I helped myself and found the menu, than looked for waitress to place the order. No, the restaurant was not busy, it was between breakfast and lunch time, and was only few customers....

Once again, I have not been here recently, but I have been to Panama City 3 different times and stayed here every time and never had a complaint. The rooms are nice, clean, quiet, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, staff and in a good location! I am never in my room or hotel much, but when I was , but never...

Excellent Hotel, close to Casco Vieja and sea-front of Bay of Panama. $71-00 for comfortable room for two for one night with TV, air-con, en suite and roof-top swimming pool. Excellent all-you-can eat breakfast buffet and extremely helpful staff who speak just enough English to get you by. Bar/Cafe and Restaurant. Highly recommended.

I have heard great things about this hotel and its one of the oldest ones in the area. I wanted to give it a try this time and I will never go back. First of all, the advertise parking and theres no such thing, we ended up parking our car next to the hotel in the street as the parking...

Stayed there 3/4-7. Hotel is in an area where many buildings are being renovated or knocked down. Traffic is accentuated by the Panamanian's need to use their car horn on a continuous basis making silence an "unheard phenomenon". Stayed on the 4th floor where furniture was spotted down various hallways. "Tarifas" were notated as $60/night. Someone needs to tell Orbitz!...

We stayed there just for one night and it was definitely too expensive. Some rooms do not have windows so you feel imprisoned. No hair dryer. The breakfast is very poor and tasteless. The good thing is the location. It is within walking distance to old town.
