This was such a nice place to stay. I feel compelled to review it, because we nearly didn't stay due to some of the negative reviews on here. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. The first room they gave us had a broken lock on the balcony door, and they switched us right away to...

We stayed at the Beach House during a business trip to Panama City. The hotel seems like it has recently been remodeled - the rooms are spacious, very clean and very nicely done. The beds are firm and very comfortable, coffeemaker and safe in the room, with a large bathroom with rain head shower. The water pressure was somewhat lacking,...

Horrible hotel, surrounded by construction. They do not mention that when you book. BLARING Loud disco music from 10pm to 6 a.m. NO SLEEP! Woman at front desk aggressive. I am trying to get a refund. It does not look like the pictures, it is dated and surrounded by construction. The location would be great if there wasn't construction and...

My daughter stayed here for one night last night (6/20) during a medical mission trip organized by University of Florida. During the night, while she and her room mate (18 and 19 years of age) were asleep, someone entered the room and stole all their cash from their wallets. When security played the footage of the night, there was a...

We are terrible sorry to hear about such experience with our hotel. Management was in contact with hotel security and local police officer, and we brought them in to inspect the room and video footage. Their opinion based on evidence and video footage shows there was no sign of someone break in the room and employees didn´t move from the...

The hotel is actually quite nice and good room size, however the name is misleading. The beach is unusable and the water is contaminated with garbage from the marina and is bubbly. The pool was closed during our five day stay and looked dirty. The pool area needs maintenance. The included breakfast consisted of a few cold cuts, cereal and...

This is in a great location. Within a few hundred feet are the docks for the ferry to Taboga and for a transit of the canal. Good for walking to museums, on the causeway and around the three islands where there is a good choice of restaurants and shopping. Well designed rooms with balconies from which one can hear music...

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. The view to the water from the room's balcony is amazing. The area is nice you can walk around and eat at different restaurants in the area or rent a bicycle. I really recommend it. The beach next to the hotel is not very nice though. The service was amazing you should...
