Entrance is a bit weird, but once you get past that rooms are actually very good, location smack in the middle of downtown is awesome, and you cannot beat the price. They have 5 rooms in total. I stayed in room 4, which did not have kitchen or in-room safe deposit box. Otherwise was awesome.

Sunflower B&B is located right off Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Walk up Kostelnaya about 50m and there is a green sign for the B&B on the left. Turn into a courtyard. Then, veering right you would soon see another green sign over a doorway. It may be a little tricky to find, but once located it's apparent how easy and central a...

Convenient location. Loved having breakfast in our room Had a refrigerator where I kept my Coke Lite. The ladies in the reception spoke clear English, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Rooms were light and cheery. Definitely recommend to stay here if in Kiev.

Good central location a stone's throw from Maidan. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Breakfast a bit disappointing - perhaps they'd do better to have a deal with the nice cafe down the street. There is no communal seating/dining area so breakfast brought to your room on a tray at agreed time. It's a no-frills Bed...

Pros: Location. Big rooms. Team speaks perfect English. Very clean! Cons: Poor breakfast. No elevator. Spooky back entrance. Not from the main street. Thin walls. In general, the hotel is for young people that want to save money and get perfect location.

Helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and also the bathroom is clean. The metro is just around the corner, many nice restaurants close by. Good value for the money! The breakfast consist of vakuum packed croissant, fruit, yoghurt and coffee or tea. The beds are a bit cracking, which was actually the only minus point.

This hotel was ok but not as nice as the pictures made it look. The room was tidy and the towel warmer in the bathroom was nice but the bed was hard as a rock. The stairways and hallways are pretty shabby and rundown. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly happy to help book cabs and answer questions as...
