Ivan was great, he made sure all my covid paperwork was taken care of. Friendly staff. I wish the restaurant had been open along with the steam room, but covid. Good location, nice part of town, no streeet theater around the hotel, bery nice.

I visit Kyiv often and this is by far the best hotel. The staff and service is impeccable and very attentive. I love that during COVID they bring the breakfast directly to you’d room too. It’s quick and tasty. I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to. Great value and quality all around. Plus it’s in a great area for restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.
