It was really pleasure stay at City Hotel! I enjoyed their atmosphere and attention to details. Due to Covid-19 staff did everything to feel safety: food was delivered to room by guy with mask, everything is clean and under control. My bed was so comfortable that I wanted the same for my apartment and the view from the room was incredible. Restaurant was closed because of the quarantine and I think it was the main minus, but the only one. Staff on reception is very friendly and assist you with all you need. It was not my first stay in Kiev, but first at this hotel, and for sure not the last one. Absolutely recommend it!

Perfect location, helpful staff, beautifull interior and breakfast with the exciting view over the city. Rooms are clean and stylish with hugh cozy bed. Moredrn marble bathroom. Upon arrival i'v got the upgrade to the superior room with the balcony and view over the city.

The hotel is very modern, large bedroom, safebox, minibar, bathrobe, terrace, good bathroom and shower, great views from the breakfast restaurant, located at 15th floor. We walked to all the touristic and commercial areas! A very convenient 24h store to buy anything you need. Surrounded by many different types of restaurants.

We stayed at Cityhotel for 3 nights in June. The weather in Kyiv at that time was very hot, so the lovely air con in the room was great. The room was very spacious and very clean. Comfortable twin beds. We had to request for more pillows as I found the pillows rather flat. We had a great view of the city from our room, with a balcony. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city centre, we both enjoy exploring and walking around, however it was extremely hot in Kyiv at that time, so we used Uber frequently, which I would recommend to get around as it is really cheap. We do a lot of travelling, with lots of hotel experiences. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel as it is at a very high standard.
