I’ve stayed in hundreds IHG hotels all over the world and must say that I was nicely impressed with Holiday Inn hotel in the capital of Ukraine. Worth mentioning that it’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. Due to COVID they implemented some safety standards and precautions that make you feel much more comfortable. Room service and breakfast are still available even during the lockdown time in Ukraine which really simplifies your life because you don’t have this headache “Where do I have to order my breakfast/dinner ?” Supportive reception team (Julia and Iryna) upgraded my standard room to executive one as well as the additional room that I had to book upon arrival. That’s highly appreciated! To sum it up, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay over there once again when I’m in the city. Keep doing a great job, guys! Chose the Holiday Inn for a short business trip here in Kiev. Happy to highly recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for a convenient location, all the necessary tech services and above all, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant and quality of food, everything was simply excellent. They even remembered my preferences at breakfast :) Affordable, great location, great service. It is really all most of us look for for business stays. Well done Holiday Inn team and management!

In general, the hotel staff are polite and attentive (as it should be in a 4-star hotel). But the case described below spoiled the impression of the quality of the verification and control of the provided numbers. My problem is that the magnetic lock on the door was discharged and the door did not open and I could not get into the room. This happened at 8 pm Wednesday. Consequently, the relevant specialist had already gone home and, as I understood, no one was going to call him. As a solution to this problem, I was offered to spend the night in another free room, providing all the accessories and promising that after 9 am the problem will be solved. At 9.40 am I was finally able to get to my room. The most unpleasant situation that left a negative impression and fear of getting into such a situation again. I would like to see no such incidents occurring in the future. Since some people must, for example, take medication at a certain time, or check out from the hotel.…

Stayed at this Holiday Inn on several occasions, and it was always my favorite place. The hotel is in a good location, and my only issue was finding parking most of the time. The hotel itself is well taken care of, clean, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the room was fairly standard, perhaps slightly on the small side. On the top floor there is a well equipped fitness facility with fantastic views. The staff were very friendly and personable, getting to know us by name and always offering friendly greetings. The complimentary breakfast is unmatched to any other I've had at any hotel, with a large variety of foods to choose from. The dinner service in their in house restaurant is a bit overpriced though, and you can get better food for less at several places within walking distance.…

We spent a few days here and the only thing that I didn´t like about the hotel was that you can´t open the windows and the climate controls were not perfect, but other than that it was a nice stay. The bed was comfy, a selection of pillows was there, quite a few different languages in the tv selection so one can dose off while catching a show. My plus next to the pillow selection was the tea and coffee maker in the room - definitely enjoyed that.
