My room was horrible. The window was broken in mid autumn, it rained but fortunatelly I didn't have issues with that. The cleaning lady wouldn't even respect that there were people and she would come at 8am for cleaning just walking in the room! The food was the only good thing. The hotel is highly overpriced, and needs deep reconstruction.

Renovation may be needed, but the place is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, helpful and informative. Close by attractions, easy to walk to many attractions, cheap for the comfort and facilities.

A kind of "Time Tunnel". A hotel that should have been very good at the time Ivo Andric was awarded the Nobel Prize, but currently needs a complete restoration (the building has possibilities). Its best asset is a very central location, close to the main shopping streets and good restaurants (worth noting Vuk, very close to the hotel). I suspect...

YES, the hotel ought to undergo a thorough renovation, but the staff was helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were okay. Also, the selection of the breakfast buffet was very good, both with hot dishes, fresh salads, cheeses, cakes, etc.

Hotel is disgusting. They probably got 4 stars 50 years ago and since then no one has checked it. Forget about gym and spa that you have in normal hotels. Forget about power adapters, chargers or even umbrellas (oh sorry they have 1 for all guests). Elevator that old that door don't open itself, you need to do it. Bathroom...

It was quite a calm hotel, very good position, acceptable prices for a capital. Anyway have to mention that the breakfast is a good one. The dinner i got in the hotel was a waste of money beggining with the fact that the staff is always sitted in one of the restaurant tables eating talking by loud voice, drinking. That...

It's an old hotel ( and it's extremely visible that it's old, not properly maintained since their communist era ) with a very good location, very close to the city center. The room was rather nice but with an obvious need of love. Plaster was missing from several walls, several metallic parts in the bathroom were rusty, the support of...

It's a small hotel, very good for the value, I can say a budget hotel. It is in the center of the city and it is located in good area from where you can easily go to visit the very city center and other areas as well. I didn't like the room because it wasn't very clean and also I...

First time I came to the Palace restaurant I thought to myself - have a beer and that's it. However, Palace Hotel has one od the most talented chefs and a flawless waiter services in the centre. Why? The hotel is a part of students practice program in tourism and cooking and everything they make is an 'old-school' 'by-the-book' piece...
