It is the best hotel in the area. My boyfriend is Greek and he translate me the Greek comments. It is a little suprise to say that the staff is not friendly and polite. What ever we asked we had (maps, reservations, taxi etc) The room was clean and everything was more than fine. Hotel Venezia is a gem in... More

Dirty Rooms. Bad staff. I asked them to make a reservation for a restaurant and they refused to do. They tried to charge us products from mini bar that we never drink / eat. Worst hotel experience I had ever in my life.

I was transferred to this hotel for one night and the experience was really bad from the reception to the room. When i arrived to the hotel with my friend the receptionists were unprofessional since they directly made a homophobic comment when i asked for a double room...one of the receptionists said in Romanian that they are 2 men how... We booked and paid for our rooms (all 6 of them) 8 months prior to arriving at the hotel. Where it all went wrong.... Our blue air flight made an emergency landing going from uk direct @ Frankfurt. We were delayed 9 hours. The hotel had organised for our transport from the airport to the hotel. We made them aware... More

Well. It is in city center, walking distance from everything, and is quite cheap. Not a four stars but an honest three stars hotel with quite small rooms, quite clean (so and so, moquette was not perfect at all) but a place possible to stay one or two nights if you are a budget traveller. Staff is friendly, breakfast is... More

Very friendly staff, helpful with directions, suggestions of places to eat; room was clean and bathroom spacious (love the old-style bath tub!); great breakfast (amazing selection); location is really good...just a ten minute walk to Old City and five minutes to the lovely park close by; and food stores very close by (including one Mega Image that sells healthy products... It is not very easy to find but all the taxi drivers know it but don't let them rip you off because believe me they will try. Its on the 85 bus route and not far from the metro underground system so easily accessed from Garo du nord. The people are very friendly and assisted me in all I wanted,... More

Good room situated on a corner, fifth floor with plenty of space and sunny. Although our floor was supposed to be non smoking there was a smoky atmosphere in the corridor and cigarette butts on the window ledge of our room. The service at reception on our arrival was excellent. We were provided with maps, suggestions of places to visit... More

We enjoyed our stay here, location is good- right next to the park and 10 minutes walk to the old town. Hotel has a certain charm, rooms were clean and breakfast was pretty good. Possibly didn't feel like a 4 star, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.
