Wonderful hotel experience in the lap of luxury in the very center of Bucharest. Our room was very large, with amazingly comfortable beds with very soft linens. All the usual deluxe amenities in terms of robes, slippers, etc. Large bathroom with very nice fixtures, strong...More

Located conveniently close to the museum, theater, and old town. Great decor and the rooms are fantastic as well.

This hotel is very classy from the lobby to the large elegant rooms. It is opposite the beautiful Athenee building and reminiscent of Paris with the gorgeous architecture in the area. One of the hotels that gives Hilton a good reputation.
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel is located in a great tourist spot with a quick walk to the hop on hop off bus. You can also walk to old town in about 15 minutes for tons of great places to...More

I used the metro when in Bucharest and it felt safe but I don’t know if it goes to the airport. We were collected by a Work colleague on arrival but used the hotel shuttle to return. You book this with the concierge and it is hourly ( not sure re night flights). We paid €10 per person. When we were due to leave there was only the 2 of us travelling so we were taken in the hotel limo. It was an efficient and pleasant experience with a nice driver. We tipped him on arrival. Hope that helps.

We used the ATM's in the vicinity of the hotel and had no problems at all. Lei is universally accepted whereas Euro are not. One tip though, do not mistake the Lei sign for Euro's. You'll end up paying much more.
