Stayed one night on our way to a wedding. Beautiful small hotel lovely room and facilities. Food was great and plenty of romantic ambience. Breakfast was very cheap and nice choices. Located in the old part of Bucharest sector1 surrounded by coffee shops bars and restaurants. Very quaint location.

Located near the French Embassy and close to the Old Town this beautiful villa-style place offers eight rooms on first floor. All of them are air-conditioned with bathroom. Ground floor is used as restaurant and/or event location so some noise at night might to be taken into consideration. Nice terrace with bar/lounge character and well frequented by locals and guests...

We stayed here for four nights. Great place. Great location. Great staff. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that breakfast is not served before 9 am. A bit noisy at night from the bar downstairs. The bar can be fully reserved for external guests and leaves no place for the hotel guests. Otherwise it's excellent and in walking...

The villa/ boutique is beautiful, nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The food there is good and the service is professional. Beautiful garden and terrace. A bit noisy in the night time, or it just happened that a dog wanted to wake up the guests from time to time. The sink in the bathroom didn't work and was...

I booked Villa Barrio, for a recent business trip to Bucharest, as it looked intriguing, and more personal than run-of-the-mill hotels. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel only has 8 rooms, making it very cosy. Exceptionally friendly staff, from the moment I checked in, made this a warm and welcoming place to stay. It is located in the heart of Sector...

I would certainly return to this hotel when I'll visit Romania again! What am I saying...it doesn't feel like a hotel! You feel like you are visiting a wealthy relative....very cozy, original, charming restaurant and terrace downstairs, clean, classy, original decorations. AC really working...room kind of small...but they have also an apartment or two upstairs. The reservation process was as...

For an overnight stay, this place is hard to beat for value and character. The former residence of one of Bucharest's old patrician families, the house somehow retains part of its original beauty. The ground floor rooms have been converted into bars and sitting areas, and the grounds into a restaurant and a bar -- so it's a bit confusing...

Lovely historical villa, great location, close to everything central but still very private. Lovely and friendly stuff with no exception, even the cleaning maid ran after me when I checked out to remind me I left something in the room. Reception girl is very sweet and proffesional, the guys from the bar and restaurant couldn't do enough to be helpful....

Well, choose this accomodation for being close to main central interesting points. You can walk to parks, churches, museums, don't need subway or bus. Big problem of this place is a noizy bar (2 bars, ok). But it's ok with closed windows.
