My friend and I stayed 2 nights in Andy Hotel because of its location to the main train station Gara de Nord. However, if you can, book else where. We were first given a far room on the 5th floor, where no wifi at all, and because of that we changed to a room on the 1st floor. Wifi was... More

I like to stay at hotels near the train station as that's how I travel. This is very close to Gare de Nord, and in a safe area. What a pleasant surprise to have a small, but clean room with minibar (always good for keeping ones water cool). Nicely tiled bathroom with clean shower. Lobby is inviting and there's a... More

Hotel just across the road from Gara de Nord (Bucharest's main train station), I just walked in with no prior reservation and I was quite hesitant but the polite young gentleman at the reception (sorry, didn't take his name!!) reassured me and convinced me into booking a room, and I was glad I did. The room is small - but... More

If you are looking for a low cost hotel this is okay. The rooms are ok but smelled of cigarettes a lot. There were no balconies so i guess everyone smokes inside. The bathroom was ok. Around the area there is not much to do but you can use a taxi to get to the center as taxis do not... More

This hotel was central and cheap so it's hard to complain. However the hallways were filthy and totally let down the place. A stink greets your nose the moment you leave the lobby. Once you make it to your bedroom that decent enough. The breakfast was very good and with a cheery lady serving but again the actual room was... More

This place is awful! There were dead bugs on the stairs going up to my room. Wifi didn't work in the room, I had to go down to the lobby. The shower didn't drain. The bed was comfortable. This hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the train station.

“The rooms at the corners were the largest, ours was just about OK for size ij the middle, we saw one or two in passing that were tiny - so make sure you book one with a king sized bed.”
