Maximum of stars: two. First and last time here. The food is awfull, the rooms also. I really don't understand how they kept these stars. And I really don't understand those who said it's all right...

Not really a 4 star hotel, the location is good but the room was not prepared accordingly, no blanket on the bed... We had to make the bed ourselves... no shower cap, no slippers, no shower gel or lotion...The breakfast was hilarious... Poor looking...no fresh fruits, the coffe was good... The only positive memory I have is the view...

We stayed here as part of a tour - it was our first night and departure point, so we didn't really have a choice in the matter. It was, however, advertised as a 4 star so I expected a decent hotel. This place fell very short of my expectations. I think I have fairly low ones to begin with but...

This hotel is in a good location for the old town if you are visiting as a tourist. I stayed for 5 days on business with a limited amount of time in the hotel. The room I had was clean and functional. The bathroom was a disappointment as the spa bath did not work however there was plenty of hot...

I can have a clear opinion of the hotel as i visited the past days with a group of seven people and we stayed in several rooms in different floors. Well, before we visit this hotel we were a bit of worried about strange smells, dirty rooms etc that we read in the reviews. The truth is that this is...

No mattresses, no exageration! Box Springs, no air, heat on could not turn off, window propped open with plastic bottle when we entered the room, 3 colors of mold on carpet near bathroom (mold on top of mold), absolute pig sty!!! Should be condemned!! Only a Masochist would rate this place over 1 star and Trip Advisor should allow MINUS...

The bed was so poor it was like sleeping on a box spring instead of a mattress. Hardest surface I have ever paid to sleep on. Room was hot, no air, only a heater. It was 44 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Bathroom was adequate but tub was broken. No shower head on the wall either. Just a handle...

Bed is made of wood, literally there is no mattress it's wood. The room is hot and stuffy, air conditioning not working, only blows hot air. Bathroom has one towel. Shower is a hose that won't reach my head, I'm 5'8"!! Water is either scalding hot or ice cold no in between. And there seems to be a caravan of...

This place is horrific. Where to start? The bed is a box spring with no mattress. The bedding consisted of a flat sheet and a bedspread that was tissue thin. The thermostat provided only heat and no air conditioning and the window only opened a crack. The room was stiflingly hot and beyond poorly lit. The shower was a cruel...

A strange experience staying at this hotel. I've titled my review Bizzaro World as a nod the the fictional world created by DC comics where things are backwards, as that what it felt like. Firstly the walls were softer than the bed!? Weird I know! The walls had some soft cushioning on them and the bed was super firm. Secondly...
