No affiliation and couldn’t be further from the quality and standard of the original. -Inconvenient location (need a cab to city center and on a main motorway so difficult to walk anywhere/no where to walk to) - No towels and soap were provided until asked for - Terrible breakfast selection - No soundproofing (we could here EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing) Would not recommend this hotel and there have to be better value options available.

We were there for a business meeting for three evenings. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Thank you to all of then. However it was not same for the restaurante. We waited long for having lunch. Breakfast was weak. Location is a little bit far from city center. Decoration was terrible. Wi fi does not work well in rooms.

Aria is excellent hotel for its price. Big rooms, excellent food from the restaurang that can be ordered from the early morning till the late evening. Lots of meeting rooms are available. Staff and the owner are at your disposition and ready to resolve any problem. However, don't forget that you are not in the Switzeland and sometimes reminding is needed. No cleaning and ironing servises are provided and you should do it yourself and if youl come for the breakfast at 10:30 you can find that some dishes are emptyr. Olga, Vienna

I’ve read the reviews before and I set up my expectations accordingly, for 4 stars hotel. But I would offer a hotel rating of up to 3 stars. The room was not warm although outside was -6 degrees, and the breakfast was quite poor. I'm sorry for the staff's effort to make a pleasant stay, but it's not enough.

We heard that there were a new owner of the hotel, and the staff seems to have a lack of experience how to drive a bar or a breakfastservice. But the beds were nice and the rooms were clean. There are trams to the city center just outside the hotel.
