This was more or less a brand new hotel and it was a big room with a big screen tv,comfortable bed and the bathroom was perfect.You eat your included breakfast at the restaurant across the street.This street is very quiet in the night by the way. I will recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to go to Chisinau.

Very nice hotel. We had a very nice stay in our spacious and very clean apartment with a kitchen. We had all we needed. The wifi was good. The breakfast in the restaurant Gast Haus just above was a la carte and tasted very delicious. Good value for money. We recommend this hotel.

This my second year coming to Moldova and I had no other hotel wanted to go and stay except familion hotel and what is surprised me is the same cleanliness and high standard and same like what I saw last year like brand new in everything and the staff are best service ever had . I really wish the best of luck to the staff and the girl at the reception she really took care of us well.

Happy for me to change my booking although strictly I was not entitled to; gave me my room immediately when I arrived early; receptionists were all charming and spoke fluent English; enormous room with kitchen, fridge and minibar; very good value; taxi ordered very efficiently; nice associated restaurant opposite.
