A practical solution for 3-4 days business accommodation in Chisinau, capital of Republic of Moldavia I travel once a year to a travel fair in Chisinau and for 3-4 of the last years we decided to stay in the apartments of Adresa. It’s cheaper than a hotel, the rooms are much bigger, they have internet, fully furnished and everything you need in a kitchen. As a plus 24x7 reception, private parking in closed by automatic gates Ok, the old block of flats are not modern, but who cares. For us is ok.

The apartments have a very good position, close to the city centre. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, very clean, very well equipped with all you can need, recently renovated and with new furniture. Breakfast is included at London Steakhouse and was very good.

Comfortable, roomy apartment in good condition although the stair ways don't reflect that. Helpful 24 hour reception. Right opposite a tram stop into the city centre. Next to a steak house which serves breakfast for the hotel as well as normal meals. Very close to supermarkets and malls.

The aparhotel is about 20 minutes walking distance to the city center. Our apartment was clean and spacious but there was a problem with the toilet flushing as the water pressure was too low. The breakfast is incredibly low priced (30 MDL) and very good quality.

Adresa is a Apartment rental company. Here is the problem I have found renting privet apartments. Other apartment owners in the same building some of them get stone drunk then think the apartment you are in is there apartment and when you won't open the door the drunks get extreme violent thinking the wife won't open the door then get beaten half to death by the drunken husband ! These drunks try to beat down the door making violent threats thinking it's the wife who won't open the door, if the drunks every did get into the apartment you are in they aren't tinking clearly so you the renter could be beaten or killed. Every apartment I ever rented in Chisinau I had this problem and it gets real scarry with a Russian drunk beating on the door with all his strength yelling he is going to kill the wife when he gets in the aparments.
