This hotel decorated really more brightly than other hotels. On new year looked great. Hotel is good, located in quiet street 5-10 min walking from centre. Small parking is available for reasonable price. Service is good, personal is very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing - some furniture and bath equipment need some renovation.
When i choose a hotel i have 3 criteria: 1. Location, 2. Value for money and 3. Reviews on Booking.com and Tripadvisor. Art Rustic Hotel was ecxellent in all of them. Hotel is not in the strict center but you need no more than 15 min by foot to the main square. Prices of the rooms are very fair and the hotel is excellent. My room was cozy, spacious and clean the same as the bathroom. Breakfast is varied and delicious. For the last but not least, the atmosphere is homely. Front desk staff is amazing. Very polite and friendly. They arranged my trip to the Milestii Mici winery.
Lovely rooms, with all you would want, tv and air conditioning. The Front desk staff are lovely and so helpful. They did things like printed out boarding passes. It is a bit of a walk into town but it's a nice walk.
Nice, "art-rustic" style hotel building. At least my room was spacious and cosy, and there was a tiny balcony as well. Ok bed, hot water not a problem. Good breakfast and staff versatile to arrange something to eat if you leave early. This hotel is a tad further from downtown than most of other comparable hotels. Then again, Chisinau is a compact city, and Art-Rustic is only 1 km away from the Cathedral Park. Reception staff very friendly. Seemed to feel and act like it was their second home. That is at the same time charming and a bit odd.
Room was just perfect. Cleaning was daily, changing towels , changing beds. Nice balcony. Parking was on the street, in front of the hotel, but they do have 2-3 places in their own garaje. No need to use it, as in front of my window was plenty of room and very safe one. Athough central one, the place where is located isnțt noisy as Pușkin street for instant (just after the corner). Very good and variat breakfast , nice staff and all of them speaking english (reception ). I will be back , I am sure. Thank you for your attentive atitude and professional service.
