The hotel is an easy walk into the centre of Sofia, so location very good. The room was large, with good beds and a very big bathroom; nice strong, hot shower. Bar very limited, so go out and drink! We used the Hotel airport transfer and Christopher was very nice and drove safely (unlike most of the taxi drivers in...

Arrived early hours of morning, room key wouldn't work, door knob dropped off still waiting for repair three days later. Room on 6th floor, half room only half height because of roof line, have to keep window closed because of street noise. Room clean, decoration a little dated but ok, bathroom good. Breakfast adequate, although the staff got in the way...

The room was clean and spacious, but it smelled bad, like very cheap cleaning solution or something (my colleague in a different room on a different floor confirmed the bad smell in his room as well). The carpet was new and nice, but the beds were well below average and the pillows were unacceptable for a four star hotel. They...

Stayed for 1 night in February. The hotel is clean and the staff are all very polite and willing to help. We dropped the car off in front of the hotel and a gentleman went and parked the car for us in their carpark and then came and brought it back to us at 4am! The hotel is situated on...

Hotel was very good, clean and nice rooms with big space. Bathroom was modern and clean and quite big. Breakfast was really good, almost excellent for its category. Location is good, around 500 meters from Metro station and the starting of the main shopping area. Reception was very kind and good, apart from the fact that although we asked for...

Booked for a long weekend visit for a friend's birthday party and was not disappointed. Good value for money, the hotel was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was slightly smaller than I had first expected but that did not stop the staff from being very helpful and friendly - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We were able to...

We only stayed for a few days but I greatly enjoyed them. It is central, everything is in a walking distanceof about half an hour, but not too much as to be disturbed by traffic. The room was, very clean and comforting and the shower was great. They also let me vape in the room, which is always a big plus!!!...

I'll try and comment on a few of the points raised in previous reviews with my experience of a 5 night stay. 1) Reception staff - On the whole I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Maybe they've been spoken to after previous comments on here?. 2) Hotel is in a bad area? Nah!!! The hotel is in...
