Spent two nights here in November with a friend. We shared a twin room and managed to get a deal that cost an extremely reasonable £26 per night. Its not far away from the City Centre and is directly opposite the Central Bus Station, near the Train Station. A 10-15 minute walk and youre in the main shopping hub of...

We got double room with breakfast for just £90 for three November nights including breakfast, hence £15 a night each. Room on 13th floor, nice and clean. Wi- fi worked perfectly. Breakfast ok although hot items full of grease. Staff friendly with exception of bell boys who never smiled at anyone arriving into hotel. They also operate a rip off...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and could not find much fault. Yes, the rooms are slightly dated and the elevators could use updating but did not hinder the overall experience which I found to be excellent. The breakfast buffet has good variety with both hot and cold options. The spa was also excellent and the pool was nice....

Too many rooms for the facilities. They need more lifts for their 15 floors. Room was basic and clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was usual for 'Europe'. Bar area was good. Didn't try the pool or spa although the pool looked good and was a fair size. We ended up here due to Best Western overbooking is.

The carpets stink from smoke or just from being old. I understood that the superior rooms fro the 11th floor upwards are better so you need to consider them if you're going to stay there. Staff were very nice and helpful

My colleagues and I visited Sofia this weekend as part of a group trip and stayed at what we were lead to believe was a four star hotel...what a major let down the Ramada was! Public areas were ok but bedrooms need a serious overhaul as well as a good clean... which is surprising given that housekeeping was knocking on...

The hotel itself is located in a central part of sofia, a short walk from the central bus station and a metro station. The lobby itself is very large and spacious with nice helpful staff, a modern decor an plenty of armchairs to sit in. However, the slightly indifferent bellboys mainly stared at the people tiredly..
