Chose to stay at this hotel on my final day in Bosnia Herzegovina and I am so glad I was here. Location was perfect, very close and walking distance to convenience - food, public transport, place of worship, museums, you name it. No other place in Sarajevo could be better than this. The hamam was a plus, guests get to use for free during the opening hours. Breakfast was superb, with an good view & sunshine at the 2nd floor. Room was clean, amenities were great. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Finally, the staff were flawless. They go all the way to help you, the hospitality was amazing. You feel so welcomed here, it’s all smiles. Will definitely be back here if I ever end up in Sarajevo again, which I’m pretty sure I will!

Very poorly maintained. Me and my friends booked an appointment for Hammam and massage but when we arrived they did not even know about it. We had to wait a long time, the sauna was turned off even though we were promised to. It was crowded in the bath section and several people had to be washed before us despite our booked time. The massage was the worst, there were staff who were not experienced and we did not get a real massage even though we booked a sports massage (most expensive one).

Rivals any Turkish Bath in Istanbul! I did the traditional soak/sauna/scrub followed by a relaxing massage. Beautiful setting, very comfortable surroundings Mirela provide excellent service, very kind and sweet. I’ve never felt so squeaky clean!Highly recommend !

This hotel is only steps away from old town Sarajevo and I found it very easy to walk around to places even at night. I really enjoyed their breakfast which had a variety of choices and all very tasty. One suggestion would be that maybe the breakfast could start a bit early (it starts at 7:30 in the morning) as I felt I always had to rush my breakfast since I need to leave early for my day trip. The staff are very polite and helpful. The shower is very good. My regret is that I didn't get to try the Turkish bath experience since I was always out all day and the bath is closed at night. It was a very comfortable stay overall.
