I booked with this hotel following a colleague's recommendation and was so glad that I did. For the airport transfer, they had someone at the airport with my name on a sign and helped me with my large amount of luggage. I only knew a few Bosnian words, but their English is perfect, and they gave me all kinds of good suggestions and information. They also called a taxi for me when it was time to leave. The rooms were lovely and very clean. I had no problem with hot water, and the A/C unit worked well. The location is perfect, as you're just two minutes walk to the main strip of the city. I definitely will stay here again on any short visit to the wonderful city of Sarajevo.

Great location, a few minutes walking distance away from the Bascarsija, Sarajevo's old town. Room was nicely decorated, impeccably clean, with a big comfortable bed. We were greeted and taken care of during our stay by two lovely ladies, to whom we thank again for their hospitality. Breakfast was excellent, and plentiful, various fresh breads with a wide selection of spreads, eggs and vegetables, good, fresh coffee.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Cold and snowy conditions so this might have had an impact on room and water which were not too hot. Nice wee room one up from reception. Was told it was on quieter side of hotel, but bit noisy. Excellent transfer from airport but because we were leaving by bus it was not available but friendly and efficient staff organised taxi to bus station which was 30 minutes from centre. Hotel location good for old town. Breakfast was nice. Like other reviewers would comment on bed/bedding. Quilt was tiny. Beds hard (husband liked it, me not so much). Room small so bed takes up lot of space. Husband has various cuts and bruises on his legs from banging into corners. Also fridge didn't work, but not a big deal in winter. There was an a/c in room but no control, also not big deal in winter

We are currently staying at this hotel right now. Rooms are just like the Photos... weather is really cold right now. but the heater is working properly. They turnoff the heater after 24:00 so if you like the room hot, you should get an extra blanket, there is one in the closet. Shower water is always hot... Breakfast is really enough... Probably because of the low season hotel is very quite... Both receptionists we've met during our stay Semra and Dana was so helpful, has fluent English and smiling... They've turned our questions via mail very quick before we get here.. Free Airport pick-up service is a plus... Do not look for another option...

Not Value for money Hotel Location is very good near to city center almost walking distance to all of tourist attractions.Staff is quite friendly • We stayed in family room which is on 3rd floor there is no lift. Room ceiling is very low (it is a loft room ) it hit the head all the time in the room and in the bath room. I have requested to have another room but without any success. Staff is quite friendly except of Ms. Dina she was quite bossy and it annoys us a lot, first we have to pay one day in advance around 23:00 we cut short our visit in city to reach hotel she was not thankful at all like it was her birth right to command hotel guests. 2nd to pay by credit card we have to pay in Bosnia Mark and she try to give us the wrong exchange rate. Breakfast is very simple and basic. No normal curtain on window only Net Curtains this way it is bright at night it bring outside light into a room. No shower curtain or glass door on tub makes no difference how carefully you are floor is full with water. No cloth hook to hang cloth in bathroom Keeping in mind the facilities of hotel and room and price what we have paid end conclusion is it is not the value of money for less money one can have good accommodation in Sarajevo
