Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was my second 2 week stay at Quest in the past year. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This time I stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a view of the harbour and was well equipped with the comforts of home. The rooms and lobby are kept immaculately clean by their expert housekeeping department. It is also a very safe and secure place to stay when you are travelling alone. Centrally located and a walk to shops and food outlets. Will certainly be back next time I am in Suva for business. Vinaka Quest Suva!

The Quest is located in the center of Suva and as such well located and within walking distance to malls, cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms are not large but well appointed, mostly self-contained studios or one bedroom apartments. Some rooms are already a bit run down and wear and tear is clearly visible. Cleanness could also be improved. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately no room service or restaurant in the hotel. There’s a food court on of the lower floors as the lower floors of the building are a mall. But it closes early, I.e. not a dinner option.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving by taxi(40 F$) from the SUV Airport at 13:00PM. At the 5th floor reception, a nice receptionist copied my passport, checked our pre-payment and provided our room key and elevator card, which we used to access the 7th floor. #710 and #706 were narrow and long with clean carpet, beginning with a fully outfitted bathroom(glass shower, quick hot water but tight toilet), then a kitchenette with dishes/utensils, microwave & hotpot, a closet unit across table and chair, desk/chair/refer across a comfortable queen and finally a window wall with glass slider out to a balcony with a bay & city view. -A 30” TV(CNN, ESPN, FBC, Nat Geo + 6 other channels) -I used the nice 5 station gym, the room WIFI was good & secure but the central AC temperature control was difficult to operate. -This newer 3 floor 50 room hotel is across the MHCC Mall with its supermarket and near to Mid City & Tappa City Malls.

We stayed for 6 nights 5 days. Had 3 rooms. 609 was ours. First of all let me mention the names of a few amazing people. Lisi our housekeeper made sure our apartment was kept up everyday that we were here. She even remembered that we needed extra hand/face cloths and dropped them off to us. Anything extra that we needed, she was sure to supply it. Toh at the front check in made sure everything was ready for us as soon as we arrived. When we’d go through the reception area, she always greeted us by our names. That’s amazing. Apartment was a 1 bedroom. Spacious enough to entertain 6 adults. Secured building as well. We had a nice view of the harbour and could see cruise ships as they were docking and sailing away. Kitchen facilities was a plus. We would buy our ingredients at the supermarket and Suva Market. Then we’d cook. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Location was central and within walking distance to everything. Note: we were unfamiliar with how the cooktop worked as there are no instructions anywhere. We called the front desk 2 times and was told someone would come up to help us both times. No one showed up after waiting 45 minutes. I ended up going to the front desk and spoke with Toh. She tried to reach someone through their messenger and couldn’t. Therefore, she had to get up from her desk and after about 2 minutes she said someone would be coming to our room to help us. Finally, after an hour after the initial call, La (whose the head maintenance person) came to our room not looking happy. She came in and did some fiddling around and pulled a filter out. Looked at us like we were incompetent. However, the cooktop still didn’t work. She noticed a bulb was out and left the room. Came back with a bulb and it worked. After that she gave us a smirk like our family was being whiny. The whole time she was there (about 10 minutes) she had no facial expression and didn’t say a word. It was uncomfortable. That 10 minutes took a star away.

Our check-in by Toh was smooth and she provided us with a fantastic service along with her boss. The housekeeping was excellent. Later, I met the new GM downstairs when Toh introduced us. Room facilities are great and the location is superb.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quest Suva. The apartment was was spacious, clean and very central location. It also had a secured carpark plus there is night shift manager and security presence all the time. The staff were very friendly and offered advice. We will definitely stay at the Quest on our next visit to Suva.

This place was pretty basic. Unlike other Quest apartment hotels I've stayed in, there were no cooking facilities - only a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. The one room was large but very badly designed and laid out. There was a frayed tatty feel to the whole place - cheapo tissues, raggedy edged towels. The view from my balcony was of the rusting remains of a seemingly burnt-out high-rise building Staff, however, were courteous and reasonably efficient, and the hotel is situated in one of the safer parts of town.

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. The rooms have big windows and a large space. Wardrove are a little short if you are coming with several suitcases. There is also a kitchenette, TV, free wifi and queen size beds. The hotel occupies the 5,6 and 7th floor of a building located in the centre of Suva with some atractions at walking distance. In the second floor you may find a food court wich (regrettably) is closed for dinner unless you dine before 17:00 hs. What is a little tad reprehensible is the housekeeping service. The personnel tidy the room very late and if you work in the morning have to wait for them to come to clean the room. But anyway, the personnel is quite kind and attentive.

Hassle free no frills. Rooms are very clean spacious and private with a view overlooking the Suva Harbour. Private parking. Close to restaurants. Ideal for business trips without the gimmics of your usual hotel or resort accommodation. Staff are super friendly and professional.
