A hotel with a good value for money, friendly and corteus staff Excellent location; best of all breakfast time... you eat more with your eyes as it's a big variety of home made savoury & sweet. It's my stop each time I travel, always!

This hotel had old soft beds with 1pillow. cold free breakfast. they had good WI FI and good location near the bus station and shopping center back to hotel.the room was small. the decor was less than average old fashioned door lock. I got this room for $60 night. it is safe to say You get what you pay for.

Stay away from this place. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about booking here. I'm telling you in true honesty you will regret it. My experience with this place was HORRIBLE, disastrous. Not only were their rooms nasty and smelling like New Orleans sewer dumps but their customer service staff will treat you like you're some rotten second...

Make a reservation, come over, look at the room, keep quiet and suffer, say something and they'll jump hoops to make sure you're satisfied. Do not settle for whatever you get, make sure you get what you feel is fair and honest. This hotel will stick you in the ugliest nasty rotten smelling room if they can get away with...

This hotel is neither at a noble area of the city, nor together with any stunning touristic atraction. It has got no extra luxury and it has not any additional spice either. Nevertheless, it is usually a perfect bennefit-cost relationship. I have stayed there for three times, got some bargains, by negotioating directly with the front desk (last time was...

The hotel is good, because of its location, welcoming staff and good price. The room was okay and we had a heating system that helped us a lot on the wintry nights. It's a good option, but you shouldn't expect anything in special for what you're paying, I am assessing it on the basis of value for money. Tres Cruces...

“The hotel management will try to stick you in the stinkest of rooms and pretend they're full so no new room will be assigned to you. DO MAKE YOUR POINT accross if you're not satisfied with the room you get. I got room 503 and when I got it it stunk to nasty cigarretes smoke and dirty carpet smells. I can't imagine what was crawling on that carpet for it was so nasty and dirty I could only see and smell goo. I made a physical complain about this and due to health reasons stated I'd sue them if they didn't give me a decent room, after all I had made this reservation online and how could I have taken a look at the room before arriving? Their excuse was, "We can't control what customers do or don't do in their rooms", talking about smoking but what about the rugs and the stench I asked? Their answer was to send a woman with a little battery operated box with aerosol spray to save the day. So they thought. No way Jose. I'm no idiot. I demanded a room on grounds for suing for being so bait and switch. I immediately got a room, (one they only sell when the hotel is fully booked, but wait, weren't they fully booked already?. See what I mean? ) I desisted from pursuing legal action but the damage was done... their insincerity was trivial to me. Mind you, I'm a Uruguayan citizen, can't imagine what they would do to you. Please beware and pay attention to these people.”
