Best hotel on our trip. Food and service was excellent. Dining room was great and the grounds were beautiful. Musicians played in the lounge after dinner. Staff were smiling and very polite. Reception was great.

It's only 30 mins drive to the Aguas Calientes train station enroute to Machu Picchu. The hotel is nicely decorated, and has a very serene environment. It is surrounded by mountains, very pretty landscape with colourful flowers everywhere. The staff are all pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful. Flowers everywhere, excellent food, excellent service and several restaurants to choose from. It was nice having local merchants there so you could buy souvenirs. Only thing is you need bigger shower curtains, the floor always got wet. :-)

The grounds were exceptional! Thank you to your gardening staff. I've never stayed in a place that was to meticulously groomed outdoors as this place. Also the instrumental band that played was very nice as well.

Rooms are lovely, in blocks outside so you have your own front door. Loads of options for eating, we tried out their café for a coffee, pizza place for an...
