Such a peaceful place! I have visited several times with my husband and three kids. Beautiful landscape and gorgeous walks. Amazing hosts too. Dinner at their Tratoria is really nice and the chocolate volcano delicious!

Might have written a better review if this had cost $40 rather than $95, way over the average for the area. But if you are thinking of booking this as a bnb, also look at the sacredvalleytribe.com website which is in the same property. It's located about 2kms out of Pisac so 20 minutes walk into the town. On the...

Writing a review for Melissa Wasi is a challenging endeavor. I brought a group of 12 travelers to Melissa Wasi for just one night during a recent tour of the sacred valley. It's important to note that this is a B&B, not a hotel or spa -the home of couple who moved to this location a little over a decade...

As mentioned before, this place is absolutely beautiful. We stayed with another couple in the bungalow and could not have been happier. There was tons of space, a lovely fireplace and fire that they made for us, and even a restaurant on site. The owners are really laid back and super nice. We were in this area of Peru for...

Quiet, surrounded by blue sky, bright sun, colorful flowers, kind people. Their motto is "my house is your house" and that's the way they treat you. You are welcome to come into the owners' house (main house) and make yourself tea, help yourself to anything, sit by the fire that is lit every evening 6:00 p.m., sit on the back...

The place is wonderful, walking distance of Pisaq, bungalow with fireplace, good restaurant for dinner. However, wifi at the owner's house which is embarassing, and breakfast runs a little later than stated (8AM), so if you're off for an expedition, don't depend on eating early

We stayed in this place with the charm of the Inka's sacred valley. The B&B is outside of the town against a lovely mountain with an architecture that harmonizes with the landscape. This place personally attended by the owners that make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to start their journey to Macho Picchu with the...

Our first night in the Sacred Valley was at Melissa Wasi and it could not have be a better introduction to this beautiful part of the world. It has lovely gardens and grounds located a short walk from the town. When we did not feel like making the walk, there were small taxis readily available that cost 65 cents per...

My friend and I had a wonderful stay after hiking Machu Picchu. This was our "splurge" for the whole trip. Yes it's more it's expensive than other options, but the property is gorgeous, the people were hospitable and fun to talk to and the town was perfect (especially for the Sunday market). The owners also own a cafe in Pisac...

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. It has a lovely garden for relaxing and you can also see Pisaq ruins from there. The room was basic, but clean and cosy. Breakfast was really nice. We really enjoyed a pancakes and good strong coffee. Overall we were happy. Joyce and her husband were super nice and welcoming.
