We stayed in two different rooms on two different nights on either end of a trek to Machu Picchu. Hostal Iskay stored our luggage while we were away and had it moved into our room already by the time we returned (we were so tired and this felt like a huge kindness). Everything was excellent here- the view, the location,...

This was a really nice place to stay. The views and atmosphere are incredible. We felt protected by the mountains and waking up to the call of a rooster was awesome. We spent some time sitting outside on the rocking chairs overlooking the mountains and hanging out with the cat that lives at this hostel. The room was very cute...

The room was a pleasant surprise. The young man at the court was charming. The room overlooked the ruins. Clean neat tidy. I loved the roster calling, but the morning surprise was the donkey who woke us up, 15 mins before the alarm clock. We laughed all day by it. The breakfast, was disappointing. No one was there to cook...

My family of four stayed in two rooms in early March and have nothing but good things to say about Hostal Iskay. The front desk team was great and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and booking transportation from the Cusco airport. We added a half-day Sacred Valley tour to our ride to the hotel and it worked out very well....

It is located in old town but 5 minutes walking from center. The room we stayed in was _separate building with views of the Sun Temple and surrounding ruins and terraces. Clean neat quiet comfortable bed. The service was great with very knowledgeable young men making recommendations and cars with drivers to rent for half or full day, very reasonable....

This hostel is located on a pedestrian street with a view of the ruins and mountains, which was breathtaking. We arrived and our room was ready right away, which was nice after a long day of travel. The room was warm at night/enough bed linens were provided. The shower was hot and clean. Breakfast was provided even when we were...

Four of us stayed here for one night April 24 and it could not have been more lovely. The hotel arranged transport from Cusco, and prepurchased train and Machu Picchu tickets for us. They have an excellent front desk and the breakfast was really great. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for several nights in August 2016. We loved Ollantaytambo, and this hotel. Our room had a small private seating area with awesome views of the ruins. The room and the bathroom were clean, and although it was cold at night, the linens on the bed were really warm, and we were very comfortable. The...

Given the location in the remote and ancient village of Ollantaytambo, this hotel provides remarkable amenities. The room and bathroom were in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We had a great view of the Ollantaytambo ruins from our window and a nice garden sitting area outside our door.

Situated down a cobbled street with no traffic can be found this wonderful accommodation. I was in room 2 - a single room, next to reception and ample for one person. Handy for good wifi also. Clean and tidy. Loads of hot water. Bed comfortable with warm blankets/duvet. Only soap and towels provided so bring any other toiletries you may...
