We liked the idea that Casa Wayra was once a house in Miraflores that someone converted to a "bed and breakfast". I use that term lightly as it seemed to be more of a hostel. (In Peru the term hostel does not usually mean the same thing it does for budget travelers in Europe, but this place had the same...

Situated within walking distance from restaurants and markets in Miraflores. Staff was mostly bilingual and very helpful. Stored our bags as we traveled throughout Peru. Rooms were very clean and nice. Breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs and bread with fresh jam and fruit smoothly to drink. The owner was very helpful in suggesting things to do around town. Would stay...

Not a hotel, a house made into a hotel like place. Very clean is a plus, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consists of one scramble egg, bread, juice and jelly. Location is very good, if you don't care about luxury or hotel type amenities it can be a good option, for a family I am more a Hilton...

Great value booked through Trip Advisor. Quiet. Great location. Room was a little warm and it was a cool day. Plenty of hot water. Towels were a little warn. Internet weak and a little sketchy. Basic breakfast (eggs and hard roll) but a different great fresh fruit juice each morning.

We stayed 2 nights in the family room. 4 beds (one set of bunk beds). Our teenage girls loved the bunk beds. Kiki and his staff are great. The helped us find great local restaurants and a cheap way to get down town. Via the metro bus stop only 2 blocks away. The room was spacious and the garden so...

Great location- near the central Metropolitano line, Larco Mar, and some brunch places, all of which you can walk to. Helpful staff- I arrived before 9AM, and they gave me maps, wifi, and even a room to change in, as mine wasn't ready yet. They organized a tour for my friends and spoke fluent English (which I learned was hard...

I was only here for two brief days, but I loved the rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed help of had a question. I never had breakfast--as I had to fly to Cusco before 5 AM-- but they had an ample amount of tea and water for those dealing with altitude sickness. They had...

Located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, with a lot of cool places to eat, see and hangout at a walking distance, this welcoming property had a cozy room with a big bathroom but what i really enjoyed was the backyard canopy area where they serve the breakfast and where you can work with your laptop. There's tables and chairs...

Casa Wayra offers rooms converted from an old house; and as soon as you step in it feels comfortable and homely. The rooms are basic but has everything you need. I especially liked the fresh smell of the towels! Breakfast is served to you individually in the morning and includes scrambled eggs. The main plus point about staying here is...
