We loved this hotel. It had been, and still feels like, a private house. It is full of beautiful old fashiond furniture, pictures and books. It's quite small and only serves breakfast, which is v good. Our room (9) was on the ground floor and looked put over the lovely green garden. Despite being right by the front it was...

This Hotel has a great location. Yet you can do much better. The rooms smelled of mold. The showers were so under powered you cannot even wash your hair. This is not acceptable in this part of town for the cost of the hotel. In addition the breakfast does not start until 7:15 which is too late if you have...

WE came to Lima to finish off our trip to Peru, and according to some referrals, the place to stay was Barranco. We found what looked like a nice place in Barranco, but it turned out to be a creepy, dark, half done, dirty, old mansion with overbearing staff. We cut our visit short and decided to search for someplace better...

Very nice old house, reshaped as an hotel boutique. Everything is lovely in the place, furnitures, rooms, the beds are good and recent the location is near miraflores' center, but still very quiet for that district. Some rooms are very romantic, a good place to stay

I've been to Lima a few times, stayed in a variety of hotels, and this is my favorite. The location can't be beat- walking distance to Larcomar. The hotel is small and homey. The staff is just great- they go out of their way to make the experience a good one for their guests. I honestly can't say enough good...

I stayed here two nights at the start of my Peru trip. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean, but it didn't feel comfortable. The bathroom was NYC small. The room was stuffy even after opening the window and turning on the fan. There was no TV in the room and no place to exchange money....

This is an old house with rooms in Miraflores. The location is perfect and it is in one of the best neighborhoods in Lima. There is no AC so depends in the time of the year that you come it can be a disadvantage. The breakfast is good you can order some things. The staff is really helpful. REMEMBER this...

Short stay in Lima and this is the perfect place. Cozy, local feeling boutique hotel experience. One block from the ocean. Friendly staff, comfy rooms. . . highly recommend. Breakfast was good. This hotel has a nice place to relax with ocean views.

This small hotel feels like a home away from home. Super quiet even though it is a short walk to all of the great restaurants, shopping, and amenities in the Miraflores neighborhood. The furnishings in the room I stayed in were a bit tired and dingy looking but the room was cleaned very well and the whole place was tidy....

Super helpful staff, homey feel, delicious food! Loved my stay here. Staff helped me check in super late at night (close to 4 AM), and also helped me book taxis to and from the airport at early hours.
