The perfect neighborhood location, next to a cute park and many great restaurants. Doesn't feel like you're on tourist row. The staff was incredible- so kind and helpful. The breakfast is great! The owners have several apartments aside from the lodge, as well, so just ask to see if they can accommodate in one of those, too! I've come back...

From what i saw on the pictures it disappointed me a little because my room almost didn't have a window, the shower was licking water to the floor of the bathroom and breakfast was poor. But the place is well located has a home atmosphere and a friendly staff. Overall it's a good value for money.

I had an unexpected stay here my last night in Lima. I was booked in at Ana Maria's Residencial Miraflores, which I'd stayed at earlier in my travels and is likewise excellent. Unfortunately my room there was undergoing some plumbing repairs that had taken longer than expected, so she'd taken the liberty to book me into Pucllana, a couple of...

We stayed there the first 3 nights after arriving in Lima and before Heading to Cusco. The place was the perfect start in a new country/City. The location was also great to Explore miraflores, barranco as well as Lima central (by Metrobus.the Station is not far from Hotel). The owners (couple) were amazing and gave great Restaurant recommondations as well...

Firstly, this property has the lodge in the main building with adorable rooms (mine was at back off the courtyard) and the newer apartments in a second building a short walk away overlooking the park. I had emailed the owner prior to determine that I wished to stay closer to the main building and was given a most adorable room...

So I got a sale price from booking sorta last minute, ended up with a room in the apartment annex. Just a few doors down the road, in a BRAND NEW building, right on a nice little park in an affluent neighborhood. Apartment had a huge living room, shared bathroom (but only 1 out of the other 2 rooms were...

The staff was not very friendly and did not speak good English. Breakfast was little bags of sugary kids cereal and sugary little yogurt cups. When we asked for eggs they would only allow one hard boiled egg per person. They also make the coffee with tap water. The bed was two beds pushed together with a gap in the...

Stayed here one night before leaving Peru. The stay was ok, we were staying at the 2nd accommodation that they had over the road. It was comfortable but not as homely as the main accommodation. The staff were helpful and kindly let us change our date and stay in the lounge area before our very late in the evening flight.

OK: The room was comfortable and rather clean (there was a dead cockroach but I guess that's not completely their fault). The breakfast was good. The location was ok. NOK: The staff didn't make any effort. We had to pay for the whole stay at check in, even though we asked to do so at check out (it would have...
