It's a standard hotel, but in fantastic location, good breakfast, hot shower and perfectly comfortable. It has great character throughout set within an old building with great courtyards. For the budget I couldn't have asked for more

Hotel was great in terms of services and location, but it is a budget hotel with limited breakfast and expect an basic room. Ours had some smelly plumbing. But again, the services were great and staff was very friendly. Great hotel if you’re on a budget.

Great place to stay for a few days. Trustworthy. Clean. Excellent room service. Front desk staff are great and speak pretty good English. I found Johana and the rest of them very kind and helpful to travelers.

I was looking for a way to avoid being in a packed hostel during the pandemic, and this hotel was perfect for me. Notable features:
1) 24-hour check-in/check-out (great for when you have to leave very early for a hiking trip)
2) Included breakfast (while I was there it was just a simple breakfast of bread, sliced cheese, sliced meat, and fruit, which was fine for a relatively short stay. If you're there for longer, you might try local restaurants nearby some days since they're not expensive).
3) Private bathroom
4) Fantastic location near the Plaza de Armas (so you can come back in the middle of the day to use the wifi if needed).
5) Helpful and friendly receptionists.

I'd recommend bringing earplugs since (depending on the room) street noise can be a bit loud or sound might echo from the common area. However, when balancing the amenities with the price, the overall value is fantastic.

Hotel is in a perfect location, near to main square and shops, well-maintained, clean rooms, rooms with the correct space, the lobby is a beautiful place where one can admire the colonial balconies, with a coca maté available at all times during day and night, and breakfast was great. No problems with anything, definitely i will choose again. Also really helpful and friendly staff, special mention to Juan Pablo for his help during our stay.

The hotel is in an old building but quaint with charm. Outside is a small entrance, inside is big and deep. Good location, short walk to city center. Very simple basic room (2 towels, 2 small bar soaps and 1 roll bathroom tissue in bathroom). The breakfast included was not appealing (extra dried bread, spread, hot water), so we went out for breakfast everyday. Free wifi available in public area. Coca tea available all day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Reasonable place and easy access to Cuzco city centre. Downstairs rooms are clean but no windows. We gave 3 dirty clothes bags to the reception to have them washed but they only returned 1. Rest of the clothes they managed to lose somehow (travellers beware). Reception in the late evening / night are manned by staff who could not care less about hotel guests. Service delivery and attitude are poor despite they all expect a tip at every occasion (propinos)

Stayed here as part od G Adventures tour and not impressed. Check out is 9am which is ridiculous! Breakfast is stale bread and jam and ocassionally eggs. Rooms are dirty ans dark and shower is rarely hot. We stayed at another place in Cusco for half the price that was so much better. I think this hotel just relies on the tour groups and doesnt bother to try to improve anything!

Typical mid-range Peruvian hotel conveniently located 2 blocks from the main plaza. Some rooms next to the main lobby can be very noisy. Complete breakfast including custom cooked eggs is served downstairs. Staff was friendly and laundry service inexpensive and done well but expect next day delivery.

The hotel has good location, OK breakfast and a shower that's more often cold than hot, but the real dealbreaker is the noise. We stayed here 4 nights on two different occasions and rooms, and both times we woke up from noise outside the room. Even people trying not to talk loudly in the hallway ends up doing so, the stone corridors amplifies every sound and there is absolutely NO soundproofing in the doors. Not recommended.
