I have been lucky to stay in some amazing places but Inkaterra La Casona is one of the best. The room and building is totally amazing. It feels like you are staying in a private home. We stayed in some lovely places in Peru but this was our favourite. I would go back to Cusco just to spend more time...

What a beautiful small boutique hotel! The location is great - a few blocks from the main square. Close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast if lovely. Afternoon tea is limited to a small selection of cakes and cookies. We stayed in Room 11 - large room with sitting area and a very large bathroom with tub and separate rooms...

Stayed here 2 nights to acclimatise before our 4 day trek to machu piccu and 2 days afterwards..... just could not have been better!! Central location but hidden from the crowds and noise behind a huge wooden front door... one steps inside to the smell and feel of utter peace and tranquility. I've never stayed anywhere (11 suites) which offer...

Again a lovely hotel, extremely well placed. You knock to come in and are met with a beautiful cloister-like garden with the rooms all around. The room is very nicely done with a big bathroom. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the breakfast was excellent and the service at breakfast was first class. We also asked for oxygen as...

I call it a secret hotel because it is hidden by a huge front door which could easily be missed. Everything in this establishment is top notch. Rooms, service, decor, food, amenities, everything! In addition to the superb decor and friendly staff, we were greeted by the subtle fragrant scent of eucalyptus wafting through this historically significant house.
