Location is both a plus and minus. On a side street, it's away from major traffic noise and close to the Quoriconcha Museum. Traffic jams up on this street though creating minor transport issues. Lovely courtyard, nice restaurant with cooked omlets and a wide variety for breakfasts. The only downside was the noise on the first floor. Avoid this floor...

It was fine. No major complaints. The front desk was super helpful and the bed comfortable. However, this isn't a five star hotel. The rooms are cold and is only heated by a space heater... the entire hotel is freezing. It is a bit far from all the action, but is walking distance to the plaza de armas. For the...

We stayed at Hotel Taypikala before going to Machu Picchu and back from the trip. The hotel is 50 m away from the Qoricancha , the inka sun temple, and a 7 to 10 mn walk from Plaza de Armas (depending on your adaptation to altitude. Anyway, they have oxygen and coca tea and leaves for newcomers. I recommend you...

It is not a fancy hotel. We stayed in this hote just one night, coming from Machu Picchu before living Peru from Cusco. The room was clean and confortable, the beds, sheets and towels fine, but there is no refrigerator. The breakfast was ok,

The room was great, not very big, but comfortable beds! Great breakfastbuffe; a woman making you omelet, lots of juice, fruits, breads. OK wifi. We stayed...

Unexpectedly wonderful! Much attention has been paid to the decor and ambience. There was even a jet spa in the room! Fresh, tasty food! Wish we could have stayed longer. We had no issues with altitude sickness but there was coca tea and oxygen tanks in the lobby.

This was a great place to stay! Close to the plaza de armas. Staff was very helpful and rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Definitely a wonderful time in Cusco. I highly recommend it. They kept our luggage for the day when we went to Aguascalientes.
