Yes, minimalist breakfast compared to our experiences at other hotels in South America. Scrambled eggs, sometimes with other ingredients so, yes, you can ask for an omelet or fried eggs unless you're in a hurry. One type of cheese which we didn't find appealing. Maybe 1 or 2 kinds of fruit. A couple choices of bread and cereal. This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the central square so not particularly convenient to the sights.
