We were welcomed to this beautiful little boutique hotel after a hectic morning during the covid-19 lockdown in Cusco Peru. Not only did the owners provide top notch service during our 12 night stay, Owners Rosamaria and Guillermo, did it with grace, patience and humility. They went over and above to make everyone's stay comfortable, provide information and help whenever they could. They were attentive to everyone's request....even providing ice cream for dessert to brighten our evening meals. Buffet breakfasts were always healthy, fresh and lots of variety even with limited ingredients available.
Centrally located in downtown Cusco, within walking distance to all the main attractions, shopping and several eclectic markets. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return to experience Cusco, Peru during better times!

We spent there 2 weeks and can only recommend you to choose this accomondation when visiting Peru. It is located in the very center of the historical part of Cusco, it just takes some steps to all important spots as well as shops and supermarkets.
The rooms are very nice with cosy blankets, some of them even have a fantastic view to the beautiful city and the andens. The bathrooms are new and very clean.
The stuff is incredibly friendly and took the time to show us even some steps of Salsa!
The food is amazing, I definitly recommend you to try the alpaca. If you ask and there is time the chef will even show you how to do a traditional Pisco sour!
Muchas gracias por todo!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Suenos del Inka in early June, 2021. We loved our stay at this hotel! Covid precautions were in place in Peru, and we had to wear masks most always. Not a deal breaker if you like minimal tourist crowds. Guillermo and Rosa Maria, the hotel's management, were so welcoming and a delight to talk to each day. The rooms were clean and quiet and the showers were nice and hot. Breakfast each morning was very good with eggs, juice, yogurt, and bread and jam. The hotel is a couple blocks from the main square in Cusco. We enjoyed the nearby shops and food selections as they were in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel interior is beautifully decorated for guests to experience the culture of Peru. We were so sad to say goodbye, but loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco! Thanks Guillermo and Rosa Maria!

My wife and I visited Cusco off and on for 2 weeks Oct 8-21. We stayed at Suenos each time we got back in town (about 6 days overall.). The hotel was 2 1/2 blocks from the main Plaza De Aramas. We could walk to multiple restraints, coffee houses, markers, tour companies , churches, cathedrals, and did our own waking adventures just minutes from the hotel. and We did the 4 day Lares Trek and Machu Picchu on one excursion. We also dod another 4 day jungle adventure on week two.

The staff was extremely gracious and accommodated any request we had. We needed them to store our luggage we didn’t need in any particular excursion. They also stored our luggage for us on our last day so we can walk around Cusco and do some shopping. They called cabs for us, provided excellent advise about restaurants in the area.

They have a beautiful (free) breakfast buffet spread every morning. Each day was different but every day they provide scrambled eggs, toast, ham and cheese. Delicious fresh Fruit, cereal, yogurts, and of course delicious dark roast coffee, hot water for tea and various juice drinks. The side dishes vary so some extent every day. Sometimes fried banana 🍌, quinoa casserole (delish), pancakes, French toast etc.

I want to make a special “call-out” to Rosa Marie. She was especially great with helping us. She provided us maps of where we could adventure to and gave us tips on the Mass times etc, She was great. She should be a Concierge any famous hotel.

Also I’d like to mention Joel who helped with luggage and the breakfast buffet. He always had a smile on his face and immediately would refresh the buffet (I was very happy with the buffet as you can tell!). But he’s got what it takes to be in this industry and I hope we grows and is promoted soon.

Pictures are of the great dining area and view from one of the balcony’s.

Again, we are totally thrilled with Suenos Del Inca. Hope whoever reads this has as good a time as we did.

This hotel in Cusco was centrally located and had everything we needed. The staff were so great and really looked after us. We had some early pick ups and late drop offs for tours and they kept the kitchen open late and they even had food delivered to our rooms as we were so exhausted. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. There were quite a few stairs but the staff often helped with the bags. Breakfast buffet had great options and they also organised laundry efficiently for 12soles/kg. Lastly, when I left my earrings on the bedside table only to realise a day later, the cleaning staff kept them safe and I got them back with no trouble. I am so grateful for this! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is magnificent the rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water pressure. The buffet breakfast is enough to keep you going all day. We had dinner there every night and you could not fault the food in any way. The chef is incredible. Even cooking things we were missing from home. The owner manages go above aNd beyond in service, helping you for all your needs would class them both as friends now they are that good. The hotel building is worth seeing as it is a 300 year old mansion. Worth the stay just for this. Both my wife and I own them a great deal of gratitude for everything they did for us. When we get back to Cusco there is only one place to stay and it is this hotel.

I am a solo traveler and Rosa Maria and Jimmy made me feel at home. Rosa Maria was at the reception, the check in and check out process was smooth without any issues. I arrived very early before my room was ready and Rosa Maria made sure I was comfortable and offered me breakfast. Jimmy was very attentive always making sure I was okay with the altitude and giving me recommendations. Both were phenomenal, attentive and very caring. The hotel overall was perfect, no complaints. The location was great. Highly recommend Hotel Sueños Del Inka. Thank you Rosa María and Jimmy for all your help!

We really loved the staff and location of this hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where I felt better taken care of!! From taking our bags at the door, to a welcoming glass of coca tea, arranging transportation for us - they did it all with a smile. The only reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 is that it is really more of an economy hotel. The rooms are comfortable but plain - and they get a little chilly at night even with the heaters. There are also no elevators. So, with the high altitude in Cusco, even getting to the second floor left me winded every time. But we were truly in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of museums, churches, restaurants and tons of shopping! I definitely recommend it!

I needed help with my health. Not only were the luggage services and order fulfillment excellent, but especially the services provided by Rosa and Alfredo. Rosa, always present, answered all our requests. Alfredo in particular was extremely competent and concerned about helping me when I needed it. I am really very grateful for this employee's help. I hope the owners of this business know how good the employees they have are and recognize them. May this comment make a difference to those who are not only looking for price and location, but who are looking for EXCELLENCE in service provision.
