The hotel is either an old mansion or a monastery, with a lot of character. We loved it, even though we had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the room. The hotel free wifi actually worked well (better than at some US hotels, in fact). Free breakfast was most excellent - with traditional and Peruvian dishes. The...

This hotel is situated near all the tourist stops in town. Cannot beat it. Rooms are small. New York small. But get out and explore. Staff is great. The hotel itself is a combination of older buildings that frame a courtyard. The rooms are not well sound insulated. I could hear my neighbors every word. Luckily I did not understand...

This was a cute place to stay in cusco. It is within a few minutes walk to the plaza. The staff was very good, helping with everything we asked. We were worried about early am noise waking us but they were so great they offered us not one but two other rooms to choose from to ensure we were happy....

We spent two nights at Casa Andina Private Collection prior to going to Aguas Caliente to spend the evening before our Machu Picchu tour. We then returned to Casa Andina Private Collection that evening. The hotel keep our bags for us during our overnight in Aguas Caliente. You can take only a limited amount of materials onto the Peru-Rail train....

A wonderful hotel - situated in a good neighborhood to walk around. This is a beautiful colonial hotel with a friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast included and wi-fi as well. We stayed there both before and after our Machu Picchu visit and it was a great way to adapt to the altitude. Our room was on the 2nd floor and...

Our hotel close to the Santo Domingo Church is part of a chain of hotels in Cusco, Peru. It is a small colonial hotel with two courtyards in the middle of the hotel. Our hotel room with 2 comfortable double beds was functional and smaller than a standard hotel room with a big washroom. As we were on the ground...

I had a wonderful dinner at the Casa Andina hotel. Fredy was my waiter and he took great care of me. I usually eat fish and was not disappointed in my choice. I was travelling alone and it is so much nicer when you have a waiter that can make small talk and can also be comfortable in keeping a...

The Hotel is very well located in Cusco, just few blocks from "Plaza de Armas" and a walking distance of many restaurants, museums, the Cathedral, and archeological sites. The service is excellent, everyone was very respectful, polite, kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms (one for my kids and one for my husband and I) were very clean, and comfortable, my...

We loved this hotel and could not fault our huge rooms. On reading other reviews it would seem there is a big difference between types of rooms. We had 2 suites which had outside windows, lovely comfortable large beds( which were even more heavenly after 3 nights on the inka trail) and did not have any noise issues. Our only...

not sure what is the problem with this hotel. The lay-out meant that we were woken at 6.00 am by staff shouting at each other as they took bags out of rooms for a tour group making an early start. The rooms were quite cramped (a price for being in a historic building) but good enough. But the real let-down...
