Terrible? Obvioualy you have no idea of the history of this place let alone what the history of the Inca that actually called this area in which the hotel is located as one of their holiest sites in Peru!! It is a wonderful place and I would revisit it in a heart beat! no oxygen, one has to acclimatize to Cusco's heights. the staff here will help you do that as soon as you arrive!
